Great location, loved the friendly and helpful staff, very clean , great variety of breakfast, able to drop off our luggage before check in and able to leave our luggage after check out until later in the day . Very very good value for money. Highly recommend the hotel .lovely our door sitting area !

I liked everything, except the location. Amazing breakfast! The room had a comfortable chair!

The hotel has a great location in the daytime, very near the bus- and railway station. After dark, not great. Walking from downtown to the hotel, no street lights are on for about one km. Randers is a small town where there is little reason for concern, but in a city I would really mind walking such a dark street. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but a factor of living there.

Room was very modern, very good size, huge bathroom with separate bath and shower. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was buffet style with a good variety of choices and time frame.

Minor points but the Shower Tray curtain let water underneath and the free car parking is not the one directly outside the Hotel but over the road.

The front desk person was extremely sociable, and even though my room wasn’t quite ready, I was a bit early, she made sure that my room was ready as soon as possible. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the roomie shower was quite a relief after a long day on the train.

We always stay at the Best Western when we visit Randers. Good location, decent sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great!

The room got very hot and we couldn’t turn on the air con. We weren’t able to keep the windows open at all times as the room was facing a busy road with lots of noise

We arrived late by train, reception staff was nice and polite. Room was very clean, quiet and provided everything we needed. Breakfast was great, lot of options, everything fresh and tasty.

Coffee at breakfast could be better - tasted like cheap instant coffee.

The breakfast had a nice variety and was fresh and tasty. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. And, I am very grateful for their help. You have a very special group. We enjoyed being able to sit and enjoy the common areas.

Hotel and room felt modern and newly decorated. Room was on top floor and on the quieter of the two streets adjacent the hotel. Breakfast buffet was plentiful and great quality. Staff very friendly and helpful. Paid parking outside hotel.

The hotel was located close to the train station which was very convenient for us . It took only few minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast was very good.
