I liked everything, except the location. Amazing breakfast! The room had a comfortable chair!

The hotel has a great location in the daytime, very near the bus- and railway station. After dark, not great. Walking from downtown to the hotel, no street lights are on for about one km. Randers is a small town where there is little reason for concern, but in a city I would really mind walking such a dark street. Not the hotel's fault, obviously, but a factor of living there.

We always stay at the Best Western when we visit Randers. Good location, decent sized rooms, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great!

The room got very hot and we couldn’t turn on the air con. We weren’t able to keep the windows open at all times as the room was facing a busy road with lots of noise

The breakfast had a nice variety and was fresh and tasty. The staff went out of their way to be helpful. And, I am very grateful for their help. You have a very special group. We enjoyed being able to sit and enjoy the common areas.

Everything was excellent, no changes required.

The hotel was located close to the train station which was very convenient for us . It took only few minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel. Breakfast was very good.

Room was bit cold and I would like to have a shampoo and hair conditioner as a complementary

Breakfast was great - the Hotel was clean and in a good location. I didn't find it noisy and the window had good blockout blinds. Parking across the road was easy and safe. Aldi was across the road as well. It was walking distance to the main restaurant area (about 10 mins) and the receptionist was really helpful. The room was small, as advertised, but it was a great shower and comfortable including a nice bay window. It had a lift which helped with my large suitcase.

There wasn't really anything not to like about this property.

well maintained, clean, very helpful and responsive staff, fantastic breakfast; all equipment working, modern and in good condition ; I recommend this hotel and for sure will come again

room bit small, but not a real problem :) no dinner served in the hotel and requires 10 min walk to the downtown restaurants … but again - no real problem

Nice comfortable room with huge TV and really comfortable bed. Good parking opportunities.

The first morning the staff seemed overwhelmed with organizing the breakfast buffet - many basic things like coffee, milk or even plates were missing. The second morning (with less guests) it worked out much better.

Decoration, best breakfast , friendly stuffs and very welcomed.

The Photos inside the room was a little scary. photos on the wall.

Good location, parking at the hotel is limited however additional parking is available across the road at no cot. Breakfast is really good!

Only negative is that they do not offer evening meals, which means a trip out somewhere for dinner or the local super market opposite.

Unfortunately our room were directly to a busy street and as the sun was also directly at the windows the room was either very hot or very loud
