The villa is charming, clean, with a beautiful garden. Located in a nice neighborhood, with lots of shops around, and very easy to get to from the metro. The little kitchen is equipped with everything you need and easy to use.

I expected a room on the first, second or third floor but I got a room at demi-sol. I was apprehensive at first but in the end it worked out because everything around and in the garden was very clean and we did not have any unpleasant surprises. It's best to verify the location of the room when booking. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

A quaint hotel in a beautiful garden tucked away behind other more modern buildings on Rue Escudier. The room had a very comfortable bed, a table and a basic kitchenette with kettle, toaster, microwave and small hob. The shower pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. A new shower screen would be an improvement on the shower curtain currently in place. Secure underground parking was a real bonus. The surrounding area is nice with a good selection of restaurants, cafes and boulangeries. There are metro stations nearby for travel into Paris.

We loved the character of this hotel …off a pedestrian street in a residential area you pass through a gate into a stunning garden and typically French residence .The rooms are all individually decorated ,ours was spacious and very comfortable with tea & coffee making & fridge available. We arrived late but after calling the hotel we were sent detailed instructions on how to access our room . We had an amazing breakfast brought to the room the first day which was beautifully presented . The staff were friendly & polite . We found the location ideal for our visit to Princes Parc but also great to explore a side of Paris we haven’t seen before & it was very easy to get into the centre as the metro is so close by.

If you are interested in a PSG match, then this is a very good location within 8 minutes of walking from Parc de Prince. It is also pretty close to a metro station, food shops, and even a market. So you have breakfast options and easy access to the center. It offers parking in an underground garage for 15 euros extra/day. The rooms are a decent size for Paris. People are friendly. Internet is decent.

It is not very comfortable and the furniture is old. The room is bland and sad. It is not dirty, but it is degraded by age and wear. And when you pay 400 Euro/night you find it hard to understand how they don't invest in new furniture. You could replace the whole furniture with money from a week...

We came here during the Tennis Finals Olympic games so of course the price was higher than usual, but if you are a tennis fan the location is unbeatable. It is such a short walking distance to Roland Garros, it offers private parking and during August Sat-Sun are both free parking days on the street. The neighborhood was super quiet and lovely, we did not feel unsafe at all (or to leave or car on the street). We also had breakfast here in their garden and it was lovely. Fresh French pastries, coffee, orange juice, jams and butter (a common French breakfast). Would absolutely return here when we'd see matches at Roland Garros.

The building and environment are very beautiful. Like other travellers have remarked, a hidden piece of tranquillity and quiet among a busy city. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom are a good size and very clean.

The decor and furnishings are a bit tired and outdated, but that's a matter of taste I guess. If you need a dark room to sleep, you should bring a mask though because the curtains do not block out any light at all.

An authentic French breakfast, fresh and tasty. Very good espresso. Beautiful inner courtyard, very quiet position where you can rest after a tiring day

Because we only booked one person on the booking.com and two of us got there, the price charged for the second person was too high. It needs a little more attention to cleanliness (especially the details that are often not visible to the naked eye).

We were a family of five and highly recommend this property despite the distance from the center of Paris. The bonus is a nice, friendly and quiet neighborhood with a feeling of a countryside. The metro M10 line is nearby and takes you a short time to reach the center of paris. Furthermore, this line was less crawdy than other lines and more pleasant. The property itself is well kept. You have a supermarket and a bakery nearby for breakfast.

The pictures do not do the property justice. The building looks lovely and would be ideal to sit outside and enjoy breakfast or a coffee although unfortunately it was raining whilst we were there. The rooms are large and comfortable. They're not new but everything was clean and it could almost be described as shabby chic. The area is lovely with nice restaurants and cafes, good transport and it is quiet. Highly recommend.

We didn’t pay for breakfast. But the staff was so friendly and helpful! The rooms were so cozy. Beds and bathrooms were clean. Loved having a little kitchenette and table. ADORED the French style courtyard! It was the cutest! And so quaint. Loved it there!

The carpet was stained. It is just lightly colored with a lot of foot traffic. It was vacuumed. Just stained white carpet
