The views of the lake and mountains. We'd had a large group, so we were pretty much booked out the whole camp site. Bonus for us as we didn't need to share common space with other people. The cabins were great for us, as they have ACs and private bathrooms. The outdoor plunge pool was a bonus during the day as it was very hot and humid. The large domes were actually quite large and spacious. The window glass wasn't very clean and clear. The smaller domes were spacious, too. The window was of PVC, so it was quite blurry. The domes weren't orange in colour, as I think they have changed to white for a while now, I would presume. We were allowed to use the site's fridge to store our food. But the fridge was very dirty, like it hasn't been clean ever!! Drinking water was provided. Common sharing showers and toilets was good enough. One toilet out of the two was not working when we were there. In conclusion, the glamping site was an amazing place to stay for the price!

We wish the windows of the dome were clean, they were quite dirty so it impacted our view.

I stayed here for two nights with my husband and three adult sons. This is an amazing location with views across the caldera to Mount Abang. The VIP tent is very comfortable, a bit hot in the full heat of the day, but there is a fan which helps a lot and it cools down in the evening so it's pleasant to sleep in. Mupu looked after us exceptionally well, making us tea and coffee whenever we wanted and arranging a driver for us as it's a bit out of the way. He was so generous and accommodating and even lent his scooters to another couple to use free of charge! He was our guide for the trek up Mount Batur and I was so glad to have him as I struggled a bit with dizziness on the climb and he was really patient, taking me to the front of the group so I could set the pace and holding my hand on the trickier bits - but he was also very aware of the time and made sure we got to the top in time for sunrise and with a great spot to sit down and watch. This place comes highly recommended, not least because of the efforts of Mupu!

It was a bit out of the way, although that comes with the lakeside location. Also, the tents do get hot in the middle of the day. It's definitely worth paying a bit extra for the VIP tents if available.

Barely saw the staff, no one offered me food or any activities. NO hot water in the shared bathrooms which are in a bad condition tho. In the morning there were no water at all so I cannot even brush my teeth Dirty sheets and it’s dirty in the room in general

The only good thing was the location and the type of accommodation.

The owner was unfriendly. The whole bed had stains and was not so comfortable.
