Marcello runs an excellent B&B! He is a wonderful host and he puts out a fantastic breakfast every morning of your stay. The B&B’s location is great and walkable to eateries and shopping. And it is also right near the bus stop, which we took to get to Nicosia from Palermo, and then onto Catania. The B&B rooms are so nice. The beds are comfortable and everything is so clean. This was our 2nd stay with 3 family members at the B&B from a year and a half ago, and it was just as great as before. This time though was even greater for us, as Marcello helped us in discovering two cousins in the area of whom we had never met. It was the highlight of our trip this time!

There is nothing not too like. Just a note for a first time visitors that have never been to Nicosia know that it is a mountainous region of Italy and does require walking up and down hills.

The welcome from the owner was exceptional! He shared a lot of advice for dinner and brought us handcrafted "Cornetti with ricotta" for breakfast (really good!). Private park (perfect for motorcycles). The room was with new furniture and very well cleaned. Kitchen with all you need: fridge with fresh milk, yogurt, etc available, coffee machine for good coffee. Thank you for having us, it was a pleasure!

Marcello is a perfect host! There is an absolutely family atmosphere in Nicosia. Eunice also takes absolutely loving care of everything so that everything is in order and you simply feel comfortable. Marcello helped me when there was a technical problem with my car👍🏼. I got very nice tips for excursions👌. The price-performance ratio is absolutely top! And one of the rare fresh breakfasts that also tasted very good. I look forward to seeing you again☀️! Looking for a great craftsman (cobbler)? Roberto in the center not far from the BnB is absolutely great! Ask Marcello for directions!

It was my second time staying at B&B San Francesco. The owner, Marcello, is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, with fresh brioche from a pasticceria, yoghurt, fresh fruit, fruit juice, cappuccino and various cakes and biscuits. Guests may use the well equipped kitchen to prepare meals if they wish to do so. Good location close to bus stop. Highly recommended.

I was very well welcomed. The room was more than I could have expected for the price. In the morning I got a nice simple breakfast. Everything is in reach by foot within a few minutes (grocery, pharmacy, restaurant) For motorcyclists, around Nicosia there are many crazy roads to ride ✌️🏍️ I was able to park my bike 2m from the entrance in a safe spot. Can't expect more for such a low price, great 👍

Other guests were quite loud when arriving late in the evening. 🗣️📢

We enjoyed our spacious room with balcony big enough to sit out on to enjoy the evening sunshine. Easy check in, host Marcello met us at the agreed time and served us a better than usual breakfast, with savoury option. 10 minutes to walk into the centre of the old city for restaurants etc.

Hassle-free stay. Very good location - 2 min. from the bus stop in the city center. Everything very high quality. The hosts were very helpful. A beautifully situated city in the mountainous part of Sicily. Beautiful natural and landscape views.

Large room with a balcony and a well-equipped shared kitchen. The owner prepares the breakfast himself, which is very tasty: meat, cheese, eggs, yogurt. It's warm because they have heating batteries

The bed wasn't really comfortable. I could sleep, but in the morning, I felt a slight pain in my back.

Everything you could need is right there. The kitchen is very well stocked for breakfast with many different options depending on taste. Marcello is very kind and welcoming. They even cleaned my room on my second day, like they would in a hotel !!! Was not expecting that kind of attention for a place of this type and I’ve booked many !!! Grazie Mille Marcello ! You were right, the arancini was amazing !! 🫶

The owner is a very helpful and nice person. The breakfast was very nice and made by the owner. Very good location and good view from the windows and balcony. The b&b is close to the famous castles and other objects. Good price and wonderful b&b!
