I can’t recommend this charming hilltop town enough. From the moment I arrived, I felt an immediate sense of warmth and hospitality. Chiara, our host, was incredibly welcoming and made sure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was spotless, cozy, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The town itself is absolutely picturesque, with breathtaking views around every corner. The panoramic 360-degree vistas from the castle were especially unforgettable. You can see for miles, taking in the beauty of the surrounding countryside. The town’s peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind. What truly made this place stand out, though, was the kindness of the locals. I loved watching the local kids riding their bikes with music playing in the background. There’s something so simple yet joyful about that scene—it really gave me a sense of the town’s heart. Enna is a town that feels like home, with the beauty of its landscape and the warmth of its people. I’m already looking forward to returning!

Enna is a little of the usual tourist track and so so worth a visit. Accommodation in the heart of Enna Alta, easily accessible via the bus from Enna Bassa after arriving by train. Its an extraordinary trip up the mountain! Walking round Enna is fabulous, lovely local vibe, not overrun by tourists, and kind and curious locals only too happy to chat and help. Fabulous views of the surrounding villages, especially at sundown. The apartment is entirely comfortable, sparking clean with all necessary amenities. If you are catching the train from Siracusa to Palermo, go via Enna - you need at least one full day, preferably two nights to just wander and enjoy.

I could not name one thing that I would change. It was great.

Lovely place kept by amazingly warm, kind people. Everything was very well organized, Chiara communicated everything well in advance, I had very clear instructions. She helped me book a great dinner in advance, and gave all the information I needed to enjoy my stay in town to the fullest. The room was very clean, comfortable, very quiet at night. I loved my stay, and will happily come back at the first opportunity.

Chaira was very helpful, letting us leave our bags before check in and helping with parking during a very crowded time in Enna for the Good Friday Procession. She also helped with eating suggestions. T

Very central location, 10 mins walk from bus station and v close to centre Room was small but perfectly adequate. Shared breakfast area, with tea and coffee etc Communication very good

It was a little cold at night and the heating was not on, but we still slept ok

Our host was wonderful and greatly helped us with accommodating our arrival time and checkout was very simple. The location is excellent and just off the main street. It is also right next to the bus station to get back to Catania or other destinations.

While the breakfast was fine it was prepackaged products. There was milk, juice, and yogurts in the fridge. That said it made it easy to get up, eat and go.

it was a great stop on the way - the place is clean and close to everything you need. the breakfast included was good.

i took this place to have some quiet time on my trip but unfortunately the place is shared with other guests. the owner does not have any control of the other guests behaviour. i ended up that night with very unrespectul noisy people late at night and very early in the morning that stayed in the kitchen and talked like the place belonged to them. and the room is not insulated from noise. the mattress quality was very poor as well, and i am usually not picky.

The host went out of her way to make my trip smoothly. She helped deliver my luggage to the bus station so that I could catch the bus I wanted to take. I really really appreciate the help! Regarding the bnb itself, the location is perfect, right in the centre, yet super quiet. I was there in Good Friday, but I didn't hear any noise. The room I stayed is of good size and it is clean. Thank you!

Though the room was small, very clean. The breakfast room was good place to hang out. Easy walk to the bus station. Breakfast was plentiful. Host lives on the property.

There was no daily housekeeping. Balcony was inside a courtyard. Very strict checkin (3pm) and checkout (10am) times. Host communication was not the most prompt.

Brilliant little B&B in the heart of Enna. It was perfect for us to stay one night in as we drove across the island. Highly recommended for a quick stay. Family welcome was excellent as well. We'd definitely come back!
