The hotel was very central, which made it an ideal location. The team was friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and spacious with everything we needed.

It was a shame the restaurant wasn't in use, but that's not a negative comment, just an observation.

Large room with 2 beds. Modest but acceptable breakfast. Front Desk lady very helpful. Suggested local restaurants as hotel restaurant was not providing dinner. There is a good Supermercati 10 minute walk from hotel. Parking in area next to hotel that is owned by hotel and has video surveillance.

The attitude of the hotel staff was amazing: smiling, helpful and when some problem happened to the shower head in our room, it was attended to within 5 minutes - fantastic. On checking out, the kind lady even offered us coffees on the house!

The mattresses felt like a bit old and worn.

The ideal place to stay in P. Armerina if you travel with your own car. It is easy to reach. One can park for free in front of the hotel. Friendly and professional staff at reception and breakfast area. Nice breakfast buffet.

Staff where lovely and friendly. Rooms are a bit dated but comfortable. Easy distance for walking into the town.

I was very happy with this Hotel. Walking distance to centre and close enough to bars and restaurants. Good parking and not noisy. Breakfast was good and varied. Everything was very clean.

Only that the shower was a bit small.

Nothing really. It was smaller than we were used to but that was reflected in the price

Management organised private paid transport to Villa Casale. And later after a problem with my bed they transferred me to another room. I was grateful for their assistance with both things.

The location for visiting local sites, the quality of the facilities, great breakfast, perfect parking and Emanuela the reception staff member was so friendly and incredibly helpful. Great place to stay.
