Perfect location in the old town centre. Very nice hosts, although they don't speak any English. Room large, comfortable and clean. With great view of panorama of the old city. Excellent breakfasts with a large selection of cold cuts, cheeses, fruits, drinks etc. etc. My partner says that this was our best night's sleep during our 3-week trip around Sicily. But for me it had one serious drawback. The room was adjacent through a thin door to the kitchen/dining room, where the hosts were doing something quite loudly from early morning until late evening. Other guests were also eating breakfast there from early morning, having loud conversations. So we had no privacy and silence, there was no way we could sleep long.

Upgraded to a full apartment when only expecting a room. All the furnishings were brand new. Opted for the dinner cooked by Ettore that was an incredible experience. The most authentic and delicious meal of our trip with exactly the correct amount of seasoning and truly outstanding. We told him his tomato sauce was delicious not at all acidic as most have been. He replied, organic and I use cherry tomatoes. The meal was finished with his limoncello, also of top quality. The bed was comfortable, shower good with a very good breakfast. Incredible value for money with the stay and this meal. So happy we changed our itinery to accommodate a night here, and for fellow travellers well worth a diversion if you have the time. Our car GPS took us to the foot of some stairs telling us we had arrived. I walked a short distance to the B&B and asked where we could park. The hostess was speaking Italian trying to assist. I could not get my Apple translate voice to work. I misunderstood Ettore about leaving the key in the morning. I thought he asked me to leave it in the apartment. When in fact he had asked me to return it to him. Be prepared with a voice translate app and all will go smoothly.

I have never experienced hospitality like this before!! Ettore and his wife Ines went out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was picked up from the bus stop and offered coffee and biscuits upon arrival. The following day Ettore kindly drove me to the Villa del Casale, even suggesting the time it was best to visit. He shared many details about their town and region. The room was beautiful (pictures don’t do it justice), very spacious with a balcony (beautiful view!), and the most comfortable bed. The breakfast was an abundance of choice, everything fresh and yummy. The highlight was the selection of jams they make themselves. The hospitality and the pride they have in their home and region really made this the highlight of my trip. Look no further, book right away!

The B&B is absolutely delightful. The room was very pretty and the bed very soft. Our hosts allowed us to check in early and then leave our bags until we needed to leave after lunch the next day. Both our hosts were very friendly and accommodating and extremely helpful. We Yes, he has actually replied were in Piazza Armerina on a Sunday which meant that there was less transport. Our host very kindly dropped us off at the villa, and because there was only bus returning about three hours later he even came back and picked us back up again. Then took us and our two large bags to the bus station for our next bus. Above and beyond what they needed to do. Other people have mentioned the dinner, and I must say it was amazing. Worth the extra price. Far too much to eat but all of it very delicious, even things I wouldn’t normally choose at home. There was also a large breakfast set out the next morning. Would highly recommend using this B&B, because of the hosts, because of the food, and because it is very close to the historic centre of town.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and one of the hosts cooked us an exceptional good meal (7 dishes and wine) for 35 euros per person and was better than all the restaurants in Sicily. They also offered us coffee and drinks on arrival which was very welcome. Extensive breakfast was also good.

I had to contact the host to find where the B*B was, and where to park as once again our wonderful navigation in car took us up very narrow streets which was incorrect. you need to enter piazza garibaldi in the SatNav to be near the B*B and park in the located paying spaces on the streets nearby.

This place had the best beds of our entire trip through Sicily! When we told the owner, he was happy to hear that, because apparently they changed all of the mattrasses recently. The owners are very welcoming and kind. When we arrived, they immediately offered us something to drink, which was so nice. It's these little touches that make you feel at home. Breakfast was amazing. They had everything you could want: bread, eggs, fresh fruit, yoghurt, sweets (even home-made cookies), homemade marmalades, just everything! We had booked two rooms, next to the breakfast area, but they were also the only rooms there, and they were both very spacious. We definitely recommend this place to anyone planning to visit Piazza Armerina. However: the owners should post better pictures of the rooms, because the current ones really don't do them justice. The rooms are bigger and nicer than they appear on the photos.

In hindside, we would have loved to have dinner at the B&B as well, apparently it's very good (other guests told us). So next time: we'll stay over for dinner ;-)

Well on all our travels throughout Sicily over 1 month this accommodation was the best. The hosts were magnificent and were exceptionally helpful in every respect. On arrival some beautiful home made cake and biscuits, and cappucino. The owner came and helped me park closer to the accommodation which was perfect for us. The dinner that was cooked for us was AMAZING! Make sure you stay here and have the meal. Breakfast was out of this world and we were so happy to have stayed here. You don't get this hospitality everywhere let me tell you. Do yourself a favour and stay here. I highly recommend and you will have the authentic Sicilian experience with the lovely owners. Absolutely nothing.

The B&B is in an alley where you cannot drive to. You need to park nearby on the street and find your way there. It is a unique place, our room was connected to the kitchen and dining area, but they also have another or more rooms across the street. We ate there, it was suggested in many reviews, and it was a very good dinner. You have to tell them ahead of time. Our room was facing the street so it was a little noisy but it did not prevent us from sleeping. Breakfast was abundant and very good.

Large, grand and airy room with a surprisingly modern bathroom. Very clean but the room decor is crumbling a little. We had driven to Piazza Armerina and parked in the free carpark about 6 minutes walk away. Good WiFi. Don't expect anything extraordinary for breakfast despite the hyped reviews. This was our 5th small B&B in southern Sicily and breakfast here was unexceptional. The following is not really a review of the B&B booking but about the extra evening meal: We had been offered an evening meal for an additional charge of 35E each and this was cooked especially for us in the small restaurant opposite. This was offered to us via WhatsApp message and not via booking.com. We were the only two guests eating that night. Whilst the food was excellent and our appetites were no match for the generous portions, we did feel rushed. Hardly were we finishing one course than another was served. But the quality and quantity of food (and drink) was excellent and if you fancy a multi course Sicilian meal, then definitely accept the offer.

We found it easily enough although the alley entrance was strewn with rubbish and bird crap which was off-putting. After a fairly perfunctory welcome we were shown our room but there were no facilities for making drinks and we were not offered any on arrival. However later, after exploring the town, we were given a bottle of water. I think many of the reviews have hyped this B&B beyond its merit and are more about the dinner offer.

The host was warm and welcoming. While they don't speak any English, we were able to communicate via Google Translator without problem. We stayed there because we visited Roman castle. The husband drove us to and from the Roman castle (about 7km away from the town center) and also took us to the bus station next day. The breakfast had a huge spread of fruit, bread, cheese, meat and jam. The room is clean and had good AC which was life-saving because it was very hot the day we were there. Wonderful experience overall!
