Located in old historic section- so you do walk UPhill to get to the guesthouse. It’s a townhouse style so many stairs to the living space. Very lovely remodeled. Great space- and outside the historic area is free parking- about a 5 minute walk to the guesthouse.

I don’t believe there is anything… if you don’t like stairs then this is not the place for you.

Sebino is a very kind host. We had a bit of a misunderstanding/miscommunication about check-in time and Sebino, who lives in Enna, another city 40 minutes away, patiently waited for us for close to three hours! The bedroom is very well appointed with a very cute balcony with a back view on the dome of the local cathedral. Property is located in the historic centre of Plaza Armerina. After being on the road for several days, we did a rather large load of hand washing. Happy to have a clothes line on the balcony to dry our laundry overnight. Sebino also offered for us to use a laundry tub and some detergent! Great location in Central Sicily if you plan to visit Villa Romana del Casale like we did. Highly recommended!

Breakfast was very simple: bread with butter and jam and coffee. No fresh Sicilian pastries, at least the day we were there. In fact, Sebino, who is quite new at being a B&B host, could look at expanding the breakfast offering with yogurts, fresh fruits and local pastries. His future guests would certainly appreciate that very much.

Very nice small B&B inside Piazza Armerina old town. Spacious and clean room with big terrace. Modern bathroom. Very affordable. Host is very kind!

Very comfortable room and great location one block inside the medieval wall (we parked just outside the wall). Excellent breakfast served by Mr. Sebino himself! Coffee, eggs, bacon, jam and amazing bread. Grazie.

The host was very friendly and open for conversation even though he didn't speak English (he use the translator). The room was clean and tidy.

The B&B is located in a quiet area, in the historic heart of Piazza Armerina. Perfect for visiting the beautiful medieval center, and as a base for seeing the many wonders the surroundings have to offer. The owner was super kind, and he even picked us up at the bus station. Comfortable rooms with all you need.

Cute B&B, perfect for a few nights. It has everything you need and is close to the center. The owner (who now I forgot the name) was very helpful and friendly. He helped us parking the car and taking the luggage till the B&B (despite the crazy heat). It was very quiete and we slept good.

Great location especially for people traveling with car: free parking very close and you don’t have to drive inside the old town. Super friendly hosts!
