Room 223, the door lock would not allow entry by pushing the handle down...... after 3 tries with the staff person on duty, we figured out that the door would open, but only if the handle was pushed UP...... I've used these same door locks in other hotels, and they always worked fine by pushing the handle down - so what gives ??? Also, the TV signal died at about 10 pm, and the next morning it was still dead ......

We booked this hotel as it was close to our destination. We drove 2 hours to complete the Midwest Haunted Ghost Tour for 4 hours on Sunday night. Returned to hotel about145 am. Slept through breakfast. When we got there we checked for bed bugs and all clear! That was a relief, never hurts to look. Beds and pillows super comfy, has air on low and never needed another blanket. Nice to have checkout at 12 noon, and not 10 or 11 o'clock. Staff and hotel accommodations exceeded our expectations and cost was very reasonable. Don't skip this gem.

For almost $200 for 1 night. Wasn't more than 1 shampoo, conditioner. Have some body wash, I 4got mine, none, no toothpaste. That was my only complaint. I love booking. Com. Booked some amazing hotels with you. Nice Microwave and fridge. It was close to the Osthoff Resort, 15 minutes away. For a Motown Musical Event. We will stay again.

exceptionally clean, very friendly staff very basic hotel with everything you need

Mainly things that were out of the staffs control - we did request a quiet room, and though they did put us at the end of the hall, above us kids raced back and forth most of the evening and early morning - but it was quiet at night …until the snow plow came around 330am. Ironically, . . our only other complaint was that the road and parking lot was not plowed when we arrived. Everything was snow covered, and it was hard to see the entrance, even the approach to the door was full of snow. There was a pretty nasty storm, so guessing the Baymont must have been pretty far down the list for cleaning, and by morning, the plows had come around again and the parking lot was fine.

Breakfast was very good and the room comfort very good as well. Bed was extremely comfortable. It was nice finding all the lamp fixtures were equipped with 110 volt outlets and USB charging ports.

Sounded like the hallway was being vacuumed at about 8:00 AM the first morning. The carpeted area outside the elevator entrance on the third floor smelled like someone had vomited on it.

The staff were friendly. The facility was clean. It was very quiet. We were there for a family trip. The pool and hot tub were great temperature and always clean with lots of towels.

The only awkward thing was when we went to eat breakfast, there was a staff staring intently at what you were grabbing or selecting. You could tell she was the one prepping because she went in and out of the room with supplies. There were signs asking not to take your food back to the room.

Great location, quiet yet close to highway and shopping. Clean, friendly helpful staff. Nice variety for breakfast. Enjoyed watching a family of geese out of the swimming pool windows.

Smaller food selection than other hotels. Location convenient to Road America race track.

Change to pet friendly hotel. Prefer bathrooms that are a separate room, i.e., no sink in the sleeping area. Obviously you can't change this.

The room was very clean & was very comfortable! Staff was very friendly & answered questions we had!

Nothing to complain about just wish we could book this location other times we visit the area but they are all booked up by for those dates! Guarantee bookings by large groups that we go see while we are in the area reason for our visit!

The room we got worked out great for us. Loved having two bathrooms and my children loved having their own room.

The pool area was nice but the pool/hot tub were a little dirty.
