On arrival, clerk motioned that I had to move from open area to around corner, so he could check me in His greeting was a mumbled "License", which I had to have him repeat. He mumbled the room number, breakfast hours and the Wi-Fi password. There was no hello or thank you at all. We had trouble with our TV, called down to ask for help. He was describing that we were looking for a wire attached to a box and this wire had a little box on it. Of course, the phone is across the room and my husband isn't commuting the relayed information. If that was so important for the TV to work, the cleaning staff should make having it in place a part of their routine.

The facility is “pet friendly “ with a required minimal fee. Our dog was allowed to stay in our room, crated, when we had errands to run in the city on an unusual hot day in Manitowoc. We were thankful and relieved that our dog was not required to stay in the car while needed errands were completed by my husband and myself. The staff were efficient and friendly.

Window AC units. No central air. Limited offerings for breakfast, which did include waffles with easy to use waffle maker.

everything was good. Staff were nice. It was clean also all the conveniences were within a five minute drive or a one minute walking distance from restaurants, theaters, Walmart, etc..

there were signs all over the building about not smoking in the building however,  I did not like the fact that they were people smoking pot in the building while I was trying to enjoy time with my family and another time when we returned to the room and there were three people outside of the back door smoking weed.

I picked the least expensive hotel and was surprised at the quality of the facility. The staff were helpful and polite. The location by friends and family and stores was excellent. The amenity of breakfast was an added benefit.

I wasn't aware of the weekend rate when I book Monday night, departing on Saturday. The manager explained the higher rate for Friday when I inquired. However, I would still book the hotel next time I visit.

My room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I did not hear any disruptive sounds from other guests and was able to sleep very well.

The staff was pleasant but the gal at the desk was snacking which looked unprofessional, and when I checked out no one asked me how my stay was. The room was clean, but the shower curtain was musty (needs to be washed) which gave the bathroom an unpleasant smell.

Good location close to freeway and eateries. Large rooms, comfy beds, priced well!

Breakfast needed more variety and protein - too much plastic wrapping

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We asked for a ground floor room and they graciously accommodated us.

The toilet in our room broke during the night and started “running” incessantly which disrupted our sleep.

The parking lot was well lighted, the outside and inside was clean, and the hotel was well maintained. I also liked how close it was to restaurants and stores.

The only drawback was the check in person would not talk to me (it was later in the day on 12/04/2022) because she was on her personal cellphone speaking to her family while dismissing my questions. Please get off the phone and do the job you are being paid to do!

The price was right!! Breakfast was good for what they had there. Loved the availability of hot chocolate and beverages in the lounge 24/7! The room was very accommodating with a refrigerator and microwave!

Had lots of trouble with the tv remote. We could have gone to the desk for them to reprogram it but we made due with it as it was.
