Very clean, Updated. Location. Very good breakfast.

The AC unit only goes down to 60 degrees and it does not feel 60 degrees at all, more like 70 degrees. It didn't cool off until 4 AM. The shower curtain was torn on 2 loop holes. The bed is too soft and uncomfortable coz it doesn't provide support. The exterior greenery needs tender loving care. Parking lot and exit entry way needs to be tidied and cleaned.

Room and breakfast were wonderful

Issues several times with the TV reception, required maintenance on the arrival day and a couple days later. Was in good order the last few days and by the time we left.

Clean, convenient location.

Older hotel. Could use updating. Newer, larger bath towels and pillows would be nice. Air conditioner cooled the room but did not remove the humidity so everything felt damp.

It was just about everything I need when staying for a night or two on a getaway trip. The room is of a good size, everything was clean, beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good - typical american hotel breakfast, rich in cholesterol and calories, but has all what I expect in a hotel of this class. Friendly and helpful staff.

Nothing significant, that would prevent me from coming back. Location is convenient if you just stop on your way somewhere, but not close to the center. The hotel is a bit dated, but well maintained.

It is a modern, clean facility, away from freeways so there is no traffic noise. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of protein included in the offerings. And it is fairly priced. We would stay there again.

Breakfast was good but they ran out of Orange and Apple Juice.

No wake up call when requested! Otherwise, Place was clean and staff very friendly.

Rooms are really clean, staff care about there customer, good customer service, affordable price. And breakfast was Good along with great location.

Great location for Road America. Hotel offers good value and reception staff are pretty helpful.

Room on arrival wasn't cleaned probably. Staff sorted it very quickly.

I didn't eat the breakfast since I had to leave pretty early to head back to IN. My dog was greeted and given a dog treat. She kept barking for more. Close to the store if something was needed. My room was very close to front desk.

Water pressure in the shower wasn't the greatest.
