Clean, spacious room and bathroom, minimal decor, view of the river, mini fridge was actually cold. Breakfast was decent and coffee available 24/7.

The staff member who checked me in was very kind and welcoming. However, while we were talking, a person got in line behind me and the staff member repeated my room number loudly in front of him. As a solo traveler, I didn't love that. Perhaps some training in guest privacy/safety would be useful. Additionally, the parking pass to be displayed in my windshield had my room number written on it. Another safety concern that made me feel uncomfortable, so I left it in my windshield with that part folded over. I'd prefer if they simply asked for my plate number during check-in and only wrote the date on the physical pass.

We took a chance on the property based on prior reviews, and were really pleased. Room sizes were large and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was simple, but great. Lobby and view of the river from back was very nice.

There were no USB ports in the room, no clocks, and except for one picture on the wall, there was no décor. It would be nice to at least have a lamp or two with USB ports and a bedside clock. The room felt a little sterile. Given the sizes of the rooms, this could be better. Acoustics weren't great. You can hear all of the noise from the lobby, including dog barking (although the dog was very cute). And bathroom noise is amplified for some reason, probably due to the high ceilings. The Street/River view was really a street/roof view. The river was hard to see. should probably update that to be more transparent.

The room was great. Huge room and bathroom, loved the balcony and the shower. The breakfast was good and loved the little store they had. Excellent prices for alcohol and snacks. The size amid the hotel was great and the location was amazing . Great areas to sit outside along the river. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

There was no coffee pot in the room. There was a 24 hour coffee machine in the lobby which was nice but would have also liked one in the room. The sheets were a little scratchy and it took a while to get hot water in the shower.

Love this place! Love the simplicity of the rooms, the wide, accessible walkways,doors,bathrooms. The location was perfect for us and I was so glad they are pet friendly! Everything was clean. We had plenty of towels, washcloths which was nice not having to ask for those things. The frig and microwave were handy. Love the huge windows! Breakfast had more offerings than some chains do, and had GOOD fruit!! It's a small breakfast with options for all and worked great for us. We will definitely be back!

One suggestion would be to add a place to recycle things like juice and water bottles. It'd be great to see a filtered water bottle fountain too. One of the beds in our room squeeked every time my family turned over so that could use something, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Everything was clean and very well done! The entire building is very new. It’s great place that my wife and I will be returning to again! They are also pet friendly which is important to my wife and.

The only issues that we found were; 1. The shower heads have a hose on them. The problem is the shower doors are only single side mobile. So the shower head and handle are on the same wall. That wall is behind the door that cannot move. So when you turn the shower on you are going to get wet. Not an issue if you naked. but you will have to stand there with the shower head in your hand while waiting for warm water. Or you get your clothes wet. Its just an oversight by the architect or plumber. 2. The room needs a rug by the beds. the floor however nice it is, they are also cold! Not a big deal, just needs a few rugs.

We loved the location. Our room had a balcony that overlooked the river. The double queen room was very roomy. The walk-in shower was very nice & safe. There was also a nightlight. Having a refrigerator & microwave in the room was great too. The temperature control system was wonderful. Very dog friendly & if you're lucky, you got to meet Hugo.

Breakfast selection was limited so if you desire a hot breakfast you have to go to a nearby restaurant.

Far away from sites of Sheybogan. Got lost for quite a while the first night because the streets are not clearly marked, and since we were far away, had a really hard time finding the hotel.

The breakfast was nice for a light breakfast. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. The room was very large, clean and comfy beds.

A hot breakfast with a waffle maker would have been even better than the breakfast was. The price was a little steep at nearly $200 per night but it was a very nice experience!

Everything! Lovely staff, very clean, loved the in room amenities (we travel a lot and a fridge and microwave is always appreciated, it gives us options after a long day). spacious room, beautiful welcoming lobby and very nice on-the-go breakfast with fresh coffee all day. I did not have the opportunity to sit and relax outside which would’ve been lovely but look forward to returning.

Staff is incredibly helpful and willing to answer any and ask questions about the area. Very friendly, family owned and clean. Right on the river too, so there’s a great place to hang out outside of your room in between activities.
