Beds were comfortable. Hospitality was awesome. Food was good for the setup. Staff was courteous and inviting. Always said hello in the hallways. Rooms were pretty quiet. Off the highway enough to not hear traffic, close enough to find right away. Lobby was very spacious with a nice nautical theme. Food and refreshments in the bar area were reasonably priced.

Our room had a slight musty smell and humid. Something kept banging in the wall. AC turned off at night for some reason. Bathroom light could use work as it wouldn't turn on right away. And no bathroom fan made showers uncomfortable.

Breakfast was nice but some of the hot food had sat a while. I do understand the scheduling of trying to provide always hot, fresh food with the timing of guests arriving for breakfast. I loved that coffee, tea and hot chocolate was available 24/7. Staff is always amazing at this location! We have stayed here before and love this hotel. It's clean and quiet. You are about 10 minutes from the lakefront. Will stay here again next year!

Our room was clean but had a slight odor. Not a bad odor, just distinct. I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan. If you need an elevator, this property does not have one.

The breakfast was good, but pretty typical. Would have preferred hot oatmeal served from a crockpot instead of instant. Appreciated all the nice extras, such as strawberries to top the waffles! Very impressed with the level of cleanliness in our room and throughout the guest areas. Didn’t use the pool area this time, but it looked clean and inviting. Especially liked that there was a designated “adult only” time period for the pool. Also really liked the blackout room-darkening window shade…such a nice touch!😃

Wish there was an elevator. As senior citizens, it’s getting more and more difficult to drag suitcases and bags up the stairs. Except for that, it was a very nice stay!

Breakfast was great! Clean and constantly being refilled. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned every day.

The pool was busy while we were there with birthday parties so we were short towels and there was quite a bit of garbage (candy wrappers, etc.) on the floors and in the bathroom that I picked up because I could tell the staff were too busy. Our room clearly smelled like dog so we purchased a room freshener.

I appreciated the 10pm-12pm pool time for adults. We had arrived later and at first I was discouraged by the large amount of children splashing in the pool at the time we came in. It was a relief after I learned of this. The breakfast included was exceptional.

The room we had was somewhat moist. The previos days had been very humid, so this could have been the reason. We did miss not having a bathtub too. We did appreciate the room darkening blinds.

breakfast was fine. Good coffee. The desk manager was extremely helpful. Staff did an awesome job keeping the public places neat and clean.

Despite the air conditioning, the room was very "damp" and clammy feeling. Humidity control needs to be improved. In addition, the bathroom exhaust fan did not work. To be honest, we stay in the area a few times a year but I will hesitate to book a room there again because of this issue.

Breakfast was typical with waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, but with the yummy addition of strawberries for a topping. Room was good size, very clean, lots of nice touches, much appreciated the blackout shade in the room, and that there were TWO chairs!

Really need an elevator for us seniors. We struggle to carry bags up stairs. Asked for a main floor room but didn’t get one.

Very helpful staff, good breakfast and place was easy to get to.

In room 110. The receptical at the head of the bed on the right side ( right in line with the mattress) needs to be moved out away from the bed. And the wall needs to be painted back there to make it look good.

People were very nice.breakfast was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Quite.

My husband had problems with the shower 😂 you have to pull the spigot down and the had a sign up by the shower head he thought that should have been by the spigot.

Our first day upon check in we me Vonnie. I believe that is her name. The best motel employee we have ever met. She definitely went above and beyond to make our check in and our first night great. The property was clean and smelled great. The room was comfortable. The second night shift employee was amazing also. He gave us an extra blanket when we were cold. We definitely felt at ease there.
