I had to extend my stay. The manager was able to keep me in the same room for the right price. Everything about the room and the place was great. I didn't try the breakfast, but even the toilet tissue was 2-ply, not the single ply that can actually hurt sometimes.

When I went to the desk to try to extend my stay around 4 pm, the worker told me that he couldn't keep me in the same room and that I would have to check out and go into another room. Check out is 11 am, check in is at 3 pm. After he thought about it for a while, he told me to come back after 7 am and talk to the manager. Resolved.

I like the price and the room was not a dump for the price we paid. It was just a standard hotel room. We were gone almost the whole time so for what we needed it for was perfect. Bed was comfortable and the shower had good hot water which is a big thing for me.

I did not like that there is no water in the vending machines. I did ask a younger gentleman working for a water and he got me a cold refrigerated one for free and even asked if I wanted two which I really appreciated! He was very nice. The next night the girl charged like a $1.50 and it was great value brand and room temperature. Seriously. I rather just pay for a cold one. Also geez, the minute you walk in the hotel, it smells so strong of chlorine.

Breakfast was fine.

My problem is with Choice Privileges. I did not receive points, credit or advertised promotions due to the Choice Privileges website indicating there were no rooms available for the dates I wanted when I tried to book on 7/9/2024 for a 3 day stay beginning 8/20/2024 when in fact there were rooms available and I was forced to book through booking.com on Trivago. I will do whatever I can to avoid using Choice Privileges facilities for any future travel.

Close enough to Road America. Easy to get in and of the parking lot: Quiet area. Clean rooms with daily service. We didn’t eat breakfast but it looked like a good assortment of breakfast foods. Beds and pillows were in good shape. Will stay here again.

Bathroom lighting was dim which is not a deal breaker but if you’re a female you would appreciate brighter lighting.

It appeared that the hotel was recently remodeled. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

We went to grab breakfast Saturday around 9:10 am only to find out that they stopped serving breakfast at 9:00 am. Everything was already put away so I started to just get a cup of coffee but only powdered creamer was out to add to the coffee.

You have to improve your breakfast serving standards Lots of inadequacy you could offer better variety of foods one expects to have a complete meal being the only and once served

Like I said offer full line menu in your breakfast

Location. Very convenient for getting to the Road America track.

Could use an elevator. The humidity on the second floor above the pool on the ground floor. Extremely limited breakfast options for those with dietary restrictions.

Very clean comfortable and felt like home.

I paid cash when I went in for our 2 night stay. The guy asked for a credit card and told me nothing will be taken off and once I checked out and left my credit card is in the negative balance. Not happy.

Room was never cleaned during the stay. We had to go down to the front desk to get clean towels. Breakfast was pretty much packaged items.

The room was clean and very comfortable! The staff was friendly. I loved all the pillows and the fact it had a microwave and a refrigerator.

I wish the breakfast had more hot foods. I also wish the pool had steps to go into it besides a ladder.
