We had the best room for us. The unobstructed view to lake would only have been better upstairs (which we could not do). Gentleman at check in was very friendly. Great location!!!!!! Quiet, even on the main road, it seemed quiet. Room had everything you'd need.

The beds are so hard! And pillows too. Was very glad I brought our own. Not really wheelchair friendly. Ramp has a ridge at top and can't get to patio, which was a real disappointment. Bathroom floor looked like it was mopped with a dirty mop. It made me wonder about the rest of the floor lol! But it didn't bother me much.

I am extremely fond of Village Inn. I try to book there every time I come to Manitowoc. This time I was given a very comfortable small suite. This time I lost two hundred dollars as I was leaving. In this day and age we all know I'll never see it again. But NO! one of the campers in the RV park found it and turned it in. Then the desk clerk who could have just stuck it in her purse with nobody knowing the difference got right on the phone to notify me that she had my money. I would never book elsewhere when I'm up there!!!!! On a scale of 1 - 10 Village Inn gets a minimum of a 20!!!

My plane trip which has nothing to do with Village Inn. If I made a complaint I would have to lie!!

We LOVED the layout of the room. The back porch faces a beautiful woods. The hot tub was AMAZING!! And they have 2 robes waiting for you.

The price could have been better! $250/night is pretty steep for this room. I could see $200 including tax a night. There was some stains on the carpet, the bathroom floor and trim wasn’t the cleanest. The dresser drawers had dog hair or something in them, so we didn’t use them. The wood on the windows were starting to rot I believe. The bed was def not the most comfortable!

Location was perfect. Directly across a street from a walking trail along Lake Michigan, with frequent beach access points. Indoor pool and hot tub were well maintained, and the outdoor miniature golf course was an added bonus. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view of the lake. Front desk folks were very friendly and helpful, giving great suggestions for places to eat and things to see in the 2 Rivers area.

We stayed in the spa suite and was it amazing 😍. Full size hot tub. Full kitchen. Pull out sofa and king bed! I could of moved it and been VERY happy.

The TV is to small. If you want to lay in bed and watch TV it's almost impossible. We pulled out the couch and laid on that instead. The kitchen floor is extremely sticky! I lost my shoe multiple times. Maybe from it being humid from the hot tub but it wasn't the cleanest.

Location was great. Staffs are all friendly, professional, When you need anything for your room - was given right away. Water pressure was great!

In the Junior Suite bedroom - all the plugs for outlets weren’t working , I was not aware- my children didn’t tell me right away. They just used the dinning area for plug. Other than that everything worked fine! Also, some better pillows would have been great…but it’s ok, since we only stayed for the weekend.

We liked the location and the view. Price was reasonable. We were the only ones in the pool and hot tub. Pets are allowed although we left them back home.

The pillows were too fat. I had to sleep on my arm because the pillows hurt my neck. Next time I will bring my own pillows. Shower had very little pressure. Spider webs in bathroom and behind entrance door. I don’t like to be picky, but you asked!

Very family friendly, and near things we wanted to do. Clean, and basic needs were taken care of. Pool area was neat and clean as well!

This wouldn't have kept us from staying there, but might matter to some people. The bathroom door in one of our rooms didn't latch correctly, and the carpet was definitely dated.

The room was amazing! The pool and hot tub area has a bar which is great and they have an outside area where there are tables and you can play Cornhole. The staff was exceptional. Very accommodating and helpful with any questions we had.

The TV is way to small for the room and the bed is on the hard side.

I didn't use the pool so I can't comment. Very quiet room considering the traffic outside. The tv had the channels I wanted. I liked having a refrig and microwave in the room. It helped me out a lot. I walked across the street to the beachside trail with many gardens, art and edible herbs! Very nice. People working there and those on the trail were very friendly. Close to my tour destination. Two Rivers is a very pretty town. Lots of community gatherings and things to do and see. Beautiful part of the state and the accommodations were spot on for my visit.
