Bathroom is too small and you are forced to use a shower only. TV channels is the most frustrating thing. You watch channels you do not even watch at home. There is no news channels and soccer channels like SS2. Only an English channel SS3. I asked soccer channel, I was not helped. If you can look at these small things, I will be happy

Breakfast was superb. Hospitality ow my gosh.... staff was so friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in went out of her way to make us comfortable. I forgot her name but I would like this message to be shared with her.

The noise from the bar was too much

The room was woow,on that day was my birthday 🎂 I go there with my future husband So I enjoy it

Toilet floor there's no mate , next to the 🛁 they also no mate and around the bed floor no mate Just improve that because the floor is very cold

The hotel is situated on the cbd of town for easy access to shopping.

No escalators nor porters services to assist us as old customers
