when I went for breakfast found the waiter sleeping on the couch. oderd breakfast waiter disappeared after receiving coffee. the music playing at the beautiful venue early the morning was big base loud music. after three songs I had to go search for the waiter again and found het laying on a couch busy with her phone. she turned down the music and disappeared. after ten minutes I went to look for her for another coffee. the restaurant was hot and I asked to open the window doors but she said it cannot be opened. this was a bad experience after a great stay.

The location is stunning, set a little way out of town the setting is peaceful and located own a small dam in the countryside. Still near enough to town should you need to go there. The restaurant is fantastic with views across a small dam and the menu altoough old school has enough variety to satisfy any taste

The water pressure was very low and there was no hot water. The shower did not work at all however there was a little bit of cold water coming out of the taps on the bath so just enough to wash.

Electric blankets

Rooms we were booked in did not have network. Please do something about it. We were told at reception that there were other rooms available (that met our requirements - 2 single beds) that we could have been booked in with network connection. At least we could have been warned on confirmation before arrival.

Peaceful getaway Beautiful rooms Listening to the wildlife while falling asleep was utter bliss. Staff went OUT of their way to assist us!! I'm SUPER impressed!

They must just check that all the rooms' DSTV works Also the bedside lamp on the right (as you look at the bed) didn't work. Maybe just fix that. Heater in the room next to it did not work

We did not have breakfast on this stay but we have had breakfast there on a previous occasion and that is what promoted the renovation and the need to stay over

There was an ironing board but no iron in the room

Wow, don't know what to begin to describe the place. It's really a wonderful stay and the place is very beautiful. The hut standing on the water. Vertu nice design. Heater, WiFi, seating over looking the pond. Pizza is a must try here. Staff are very nice and kind. You can see they do their best to take care of you. Wonderful place

Great place for a family of 4. Our 2 adult children had their own room. Friendly host, comfortable room and good shower. Beautiful view on the lake from the terrace. We had dinner at the restaurant which was fine. The best thing about it was that we didn't have to go into town.

Perfect wood cabin setting on the waters edge a short travel outside of town, Comfy litter nook pizza oven in the restaurant. Unfortunately we missed the restaurant hours but definitely next time

Facilities were good. Beds were comfy. Tea, coffee and milk in the room was not sufficiently provided. There is a restaurant on the premises that serves delicious food

Beautiful scenes and bird life. Such an amazing scenic place.

the towels were white but very old, torn and tattered. Surely for that price, we could have been given decent towels.
