I chose this hotel because of its workspace, and I was very comfortable working here for a few days. The AC works well, with an auto setting (which is not necessarily standard in Thailand), and so does the wi-fi. The room was spacious and well appointed. Excellent value for money.

The location seemed slightly unsavory, but was within walking distance of a few cafes. The hotel restaurant does not offer dessert.

This is a modern, large hotel with helpful parking attendants and polite housekeeping. I would consider staying there again, should the need arise, particularly if I was traveling for work.

Not maintaining the rooms. There were so many scuffs, scratches and marks on the walls in the room, they should be embarrassed to have put us in there. It would only take a fresh coat of paint and Gyproc repairs to make it look new. If they dont start investing in repairs and maintenance, I can see this hotel falling apart in 5 years. That would be disappointing.

Great location, no frills, comfortable

Something made me cough a lot, probably the aircon. But aircon is a must in this hot weather. Catch-22

Friendly staff and good price for what was offered.

The breakfast. Some of the food was cold and there weren’t many options- especially for foreigners.

Excellent values. Clean, updated, and comfy. Helpfull and great service-mind staffs.

Breakfast variations could be more on the continential menu. Local menu is great.

The surroundings outside the hotel meant there was poor choice of views and lowered the feel of the area

The breakfast line is clean and the food is tasty, there are variety of choices. My kids enjoyed the food. I would recommend to my friend.
