My stay (room 616) was really great and I enjoyed it a lot and so much, to convince me to book this hotel for my upcoming trips to Pune. From the check-in to the check-out and all what stays in between, it has been great. I also had the chance to use the SPA and their massages and it was a great experience, especially for my back which was in pain since few weeks. I flew back to the UK just yesterday and the last massage was on Saturday evening, and, as of today, my back is completely relieved from any pain. I also had the pleasure to interact with Abhishek Sawant, the Front Office Manager, who helped me in some requests I placed and also with the Chef of the Hotel restaurant who was so kind to ask his team a dedicated attention to my meals, as my stomach, after the trip I had in Aprlil'25, suffered of a heavy food poisoning, and so I changed the hotel and decided to try the Courtyard in Chakan. I think I said a lot but I am sure my words are not able to express exactly the comfort I tested during my stay, so, just one thing is left to say....See you next time at Courtyard by Marriott, Chakan

NOTHING...I would just suggest that, it would be good increasing the food oprions for people like me that would like to avoid too spicy food.

Hello What to say about our stay. It was so so comfortable & warm. We loved the hospitality. Shradha at front desk was so cooperating and helpful. Always there to help & make our stay comfortable. A business trip truly made more comfortable & commemorative thanks to the team's effort. Even the security Guard SS Gupta was so welcoming & from the get-go, even before our checkin, we could feel there is something special Courtyard by Marriot Chakan. I have customers for life in Chakan, but I have to say I am your customer for life in Courtyard by Marriot Chakan.

I would like to thank a lot all crew from hotel and restaurants for make my stay in India wonderful and I came back home with many great experiences. Special thanks to Chef Parmar. All 2 weeks he with crew were making delicious dishes and served them by Chef Parmar were always with history about them. Amazing. Crew from restaurant and hotel was also very helpful. I would like to make special thanks for Sakshi, Rushi, Jay, Jacky, Vinod, Tanuja and Gupta. They were very very kind and helpful. Even when I left something in the room after checkout, Sakshi organized delivery to my home. Thank you. I hope I’ll back soon!

Good location if you are on a business trip with and you location is near by. Very caring, helpful and polite staff. good spa facilities, food choices are also very good.

There is absolutely nothing to do around the hotel after work times, You have to travel long to get to city or airport. If would be helpful if you can add sauna & saloon facilities to the hotel.

Every employee were very kind. Especially Shraddha, Jay, Gupta are asked me how they Im doing every time, lifting my luggage or asking if there was any inconvenience.

Breakfast was goo. Dinner as well. Pool was Ok. It was near many factories, so access was fine for me.

Pool arrangement and instructions not enough. Lunch was moderate. I didn't like the security checking, but maybe there is a reason.

The staff's approach and the food quality are good. For a business trip, it is a very good property. There is good connectivity to the industrial area of Chakan.

The shaving razor quality is very poor, which is surprising to me.

The location of the hotel in a distant industrial area. the spread of the breakfast and quality was very good. One could ask for choice of dishes. There was everything to cover all food choices from Indian to continental.

A proper bar was not there, though the cocktail i asked for- Long Island tea was great. Stay was short so cannot say anything more

breakfast was awesome. Hospitality was superb we travel with our 6 year old child, all the care was taken by the staff there. especially Chef patil, Yogi, Akshay. All the people have done great Job.
