Had a good stay. The staff went out of their way to assist, which I really appreciated. Room was neat and comfortable, though the AC took a while to cool. Breakfast was fresh but had limited items. Overall, a good stay with a few minor things to improve.

I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the subpar experience at Hotel, booked through Fab Hotels. Despite numerous reminders, my room was not cleaned, and the bed, bathroom, and bed sheets were filthy with a terrible odor. I have shared photographic evidence of the room's condition with your team via email. Your customer care representative assured me of a refund, but I have yet to receive it. Unfortunately, my follow-up calls have gone unanswered. I request immediate attention to this matter and a full refund for my stay. I hope Fab Hotels will take necessary steps to ensure better quality control and customer service. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
