I liked all of my staying at the Double Tee Chinchwad and, as I was mentioning during the check out, for the next future, for every trip to Pune I will happily set this hotel as my place. Everything was perfect, from the hotel overall, to the food (really great food either for breakfast and for dinner), from the staff to the room...I had the pleasure to use the SPA for a back massage and I was a bit sad I found it fully booked once I tried to have another one, but, I will surely go for it the next time.

I have just one remark regarding the room...there was a persistent smell of mold which I am sure was coming from the aircon system. I hope, next time I will have a room without this problem. A suggestion: please if possible, try to make available memory foam pillows...this is a crucial content for people like me which have issues in changing beds and pillows and suffer with neck issues an related headaches.

The Location was the Best for visiting companies in Chakan and Chinchwad area. The hotel was friendly considering International Colleagues who joined me on the business trip. One observation we all had was the Breakfast, it could have been little bit of Euro-Indian touch instead of English Bfast items.

The Switching system for the lights was wonderful but it should be more easily accessible considering complete dark room. The night lamp was not working / flickering.

The staff was the best feature of the hotel. Everybody is so nice and welcoming, you should give all the people a raise, because in all my travels I never saw such a nice team.

The wifi was a bit slow sometimes and difficult to connect to.

Convenient hotel for my destination, good choice for breakfast, absolutely fine for a business trip. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Nothing major, but the AC didn't seem to follow my settings, it was basically on (very cold) or off. The reception area is pretty small and was often very busy and slow. It took me about 20 minutes to check out. As I said, nothing major, I will still come back here on my next trip.

The hotel itself is wonderful with nice staff. The taxi service was OK from the airport and the breakfast is amazing. Rooms were clean and comfy.

The environment of the hotel is horrible, absolutely trashy, filthy. It is not the hotel's fault, but India in general sadly

Room was Specious with a Proper work Table. There is a Iron board & Iron in Every Room. Although not an Extensive breakfast Menu, the breakfast was good. Attentive Staff. This is the best Hotel in the Area. Food is also nice at the Rooftop restaurant.

The staff were courteous and helpful..it was our daughter's birthday and they had fulfilled our wish of giving her a surprise cake cutting ceremony at midnight...

There could have been the restaurant manager to manage the busy hours..tables were full for breakfast which is usual in any hotel, could have been handled better.

On the online room service menu, the option "gluten free" was available I asked for it but staff seems to do not know such things and got answer that kitchen was doing it The way that I got the answer was quite rude. Like I was causing trouble for something that was advertised as a possibility

When I check in, they offered me a lower grade room compared to what I ordered. only after insisting they gave me room as per my order. Car/shuttle from and to Airport is very expansive, double than what other hotel charges

All the staff. Super helpful, going out of their way to make us comfortable and feel welcome.

Property updates are necessary. Carpets, paint has old run down feel. Bathroom drain stinks sometimes. Bed/mattress is not very comfortable.
