We got married here in 2012 when it was a new property. As we had rented only the one of the coference rooms and had taken the rooms only for getting ready. At that time the hotel was very new. We rented a suite again to relive those memories and also to show our daughter where we got married. The rooms are quite good and with a great view as this is one of the tallest buildings in the vicinity and one can see a grand view in the morning. The room was also equipped with most things that one might need for staying comfortably as well as for working (LAN and workstation along with an ergonomic chair were available).

The service could have been a tad bit better and warmer. Sometimes the staff at the reception seems indifferent. The A/C in the room was inefficient at best. It took a long time to bring down the temperature from 28° to 22° and then further down. It could be because the room is at the top floor and the slab was heated. We had to call multiple times to get hot water to fill the bath tub as only lukewarm water came out of the taps. For connecting to Wifi it is not a user friendly method where you just put in your name/room number and voilà. You need to contact the frontesk and get a voucher. They could also think about provided dental hygiene kit in the bathroom for emergency travellers (like us).

Bathroom is very old and needs renovation and cleaning. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. Furniture in the room is also old. Hotel owner should renovate the rooms, to get more stars.

Nothing specific. The room was ok. I wont say full clean but kind off.

The wifi cinnecyion was very poor, i easted almost half an hour to open the door and no staff helped me for that. There was no mat in the washroom so the water was all over. No one checked the temperature so not fully safe.

Location is good. No parking space for luxury vehicles.

Pathetic service. Whatever required needs one hour to get. Service team needs training. Cannot be called 4 stars
