Check-in was fast and they provided us a room next to each other with inter-connectivity. That was a real bonus as I had my aged family member in the other room. Breakfast spread was nice and covered all types. Check-out & Billings happened fast. So overall a very good experience.

The housekeeping refills especially for Tea, Coffee was less and I had to order everyday. Also the In-Room Dining plates need to be cleaned, so that they don't stay in the room.

Easy access to road and metro station. Staff is humble, courteous and very helpful.

Wifi quality can be improved. Buying more stable internet wifi connection is not easy.

The rooms, staff,location , dinning everything was up to the mark. The staff were very cooperative and ready to ready to help .I would recommend youall to stay in this property if u visit pune.

Food quality is very good, and the staff is very generous and kind and will help you at any hour with always a smile on their face.

The rooms could be renovated a bit more and office chair could be changed. Bed mattress can be better and more comfortable.

Somehow, I can only connect my phone but not my laptop to WiFi. Several queries for customer feedback at room door.

The hotel is well maintained, good value for money. Staff is also helpful and courteous.
