Good welcome. Very efficient staff, smiling and speaking English. Impeccable cleanliness. The floor of the room and bathroom are impeccable. The sheets and towels are immaculate and smell good. The cleaning service cleans the room, changes the sheets and towels and gives 2 bottles of water every day. Very Quiet. Free morning time coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby. Shared microwave in the lobby. Reservation of a tuktuk to go to the train station, the driver was on time. Perfect. I highly recommend.

Modern, clean hotel, nice room with good bed, WiFi, flat screen TV, small fridge with 2 complimentary water every day, aircon, great shower with gel and shampoo. Quick efficient check in, friendly helpful staff. No restaurant or bar but free Tea/coffee/hot chocolate at Reception between 06.00/11.00. Vending machine and pot noodles for sale at reception, also a microwave. Small seating area outside to enjoy your morning coffee. Great value at 650b a night for 2 people. Location ok, set back off main road, 10/15 minutes walk into the centre of Nong Khai.

VERY noisy air con and the worst soundproofing I’ve ever heard in a hotel. Constant noise from other guests even though they weren’t being loud or noisy. Can hear conversations from 100m away. But still a good stay due to the price and value. Stayed for 2 nights, 4-6th January 2024.

Clean rooms, good location. Plenty of parking.

This won't be relevant to most people but it's NOT bike friendly. It seems there is nowhere to store bicycles inside the hotel, so it had to stay outside. Given there was no security, that the parking is a big open exposed area and that bike locks are not too hard to break, this was a concern. What annoyed me more was the staff members attitude which was clearly one of "not my problem". This is the first hotel in two months cycling that my bike has been an issue. But if you don't have a bike this is a great place to stay!

Poor soundproofing . Free coffee available in morning - why not all day ? Noisy fridge . Poor access from town/river . Must walk around three sides of a square .

Cheap affordable and clean. No hassles checking in, paying or booking. The staff went out of their way to help. Yeh, it's no five star but for 25 bucks a night Aus it is a steal. To be frank, I stay only in 5 star normally. I am very fussy. So if I say it's good, don't worry, it's good. Basic, but I extended my stay for 2 weeks, so that shows. If your on a budget - this is your place.

No swimming pool.

Staff were excellent, nice and clean rooms. Great location for shops, market and mekong promenade. Free hot drinks machine

Only thing missing is the availability of a breakfast, otherwise evrything else was great.

Hop Inn, no great comfort, but clean room, great shower, perfect location, enough parking, quite and safe and the staff kind and helpful as always - perfect for a good night sleep !!!

It is not very far from attractions. For example, it’s about 1.5 km to Tha Sadet. The staffs were polite and helpful. For example, they called ‘Sam Lo’ when I asked them to call public transport for me. Bed was really comfortable. I slept very well. For someone who travels for both leisure and work like me, this accommodation was an excellent choice because Wifi was great and there were a chair and a built-in desk.
