This hotel is going to exceed all your expectations, I arrived with my wife for two nights, the reception was very nice and pleasant, He made sure that we were set for the whole stay, The food was really tasty especially the grilled chicken, the breakfast was simple complete and amazing, Lemme talk about the swimming pool, we happened to stay during the Cotten season so each morning we woke up the wink filled with Cotten and swimming pool was almost covered but the moment I finished my breakfast and went to my room to get my shorts and towels the pool was spotless the water was clear and cold. I will be going back soon, and I do recommend this facility for the experience and the service and for this price range It's unbelievable.

Friendly, and welcoming host who accommodated a late check in. They also provided a wheelchair accessible room and offered us a larger upstairs room as an option. There was parking onsite. Nice pool area, garden and grounds but we did not use as it was wet and cold outside, in December. The room was clean, along with the linen and towels. There was a sitting area, table and two bedrooms in the apartment. Breakfast was omelette and bread with hot drinks.

The heating system did not work making the room cold in the evening, however, extra blankets were provided. It was still very cold to sleep and we slept in our thermals, socks and gloves. There was no hot water in the basin in the shower room, but there was hot water in the spare basin and shower itself. It was not the hotels fault but there was lots of dogs barking outside into the early hours 2am right outside hotel window and the hotel is on a busy road, where you can hear the traffic through the night and then the school children directly opposite in the morning.

Top Ourika is a fantastic hotel set in the beautiful Ourika valley, right by the river. The views from this place are breathtaking and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I especially enjoyed having tea with the owner Hassan, his father, and uncle. They were all so kind and welcoming. My room was very clean and comfortable, and the whole hotel was very well kept. The pool is also a very nice touch, especially on those hot days. Overall I had a very nice experience staying here and would certainly visit again.

The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival with a traditional mint tea. They even upgraded our room free of charge. Fantastic location by the river with a well kept garden. Tasty breakfast is included. This place is amazing value for money!

The following is just for information, this is a positve review: You need to be very patient when waiting for your food - although it's worth the wait. You need cash as cards are not accepted.

The hotel was amazing. Rooms are smaller but all you need is in there. The owners and staff are truly so kind and polite and it makes the hotel magnificient just because of them even. The view is awesome, you can enjoy great breakfast (the best we had in Morocco) with a river view. Free private parking too. I would recommend everyone to stay here especially for the family atmosphere and beautiful views. Thank you so much!

Yet another stay at Top Ourika. I love the position nestled in the Atlas Mountains with the river flowing near by. The new swimming pool is a great addition. The staff are all really friendly and helpful.

It’s not a negative but it would be great to have a few sun loungers near the pool to relax on after a swim- I understand from Hassan that these are on order!

Top Ourika is right on the river. Food was delicious, staff went out of their way to help. We left for an early flight at 8am and we're still given breakfast. Staff helped organise a driver to go up into the Atlas mountains, this was stunning and a special experience.

What a great great place to stay... The staff - beyond helpful, they were so friendly. We got greeted with some mint tea which is very nice. The heater worked fine. Beds are a little stiff, but it's such a good value for money. WHAT A VIEW FROM THE TERRACE! 10/10

I have stayed in Top Ourika several times. It’s in a beautiful location in the mountains by the side of a river. It’s recently gained a new swimming pool and terrace which are really good. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s my “go to” hotel whenever I visit the area.
