The meals were great the steak i eat was as good as any in the states or anywhere else. The staff were as nice to me as if they knew me. for years. I now brag to friends about the place was a great place to stay.

I did not like the way i was to pay for my meals. After dining i was to go to the back bar and get a receipt then go down to the hotel lobby and pay. That kept me from giving a tip to the waitress if i did not have change. The waitresses. The in the cafe were top of the line very professional and deserved to be paid for that service. My suggestion would be to allow them to bring the bill to you after the meal. Let then take the money to where ever management wants them to take it but i feel this leaves then in charge as it should be. I wish they had an elevator to get up and down i had to let them move my bagage for me being arraid to carry them at my age i didnt want to take the chance of falling.

We had a great room with a view of the ocean and a small balcony. The room was fairly basic but nice and clean. Staff at the front desk were very pleasant and helpful. Having secure parking was definitely a plus although it's not at the hotel. It was literally just right around the corner, so very close. The restaurant located in the hotel was very good. We had a great dinner the night we stayed and also enjoyed a nice breakfast the next morning. Breakfast was included with our room. The staff at the restaurant were very pleasant and attentive.

The hotel is located in the city so be prepared for some typical city noise, mostly traffic. Overall not too terrible, but if you're looking for a super quiet setting this wouldn't be the place. We did encounter a few people panhandling when we went out for a walk. Once again, probably typical for most any city you visit these days. We did notice a number of policemen walking around and were told that this was normal and made the area very safe.

Great location near the centre of town on the waterfront. The staff both at reception and in the bar/ restaurant were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was prepared to order as opposed to buffet style, which was good. Had an evening meal once during the stay and had very good quality ingredients served in good-sized portions. A really good experience all round for our short stay before continuing our trip South. Secure parking was available a short distance round the corner where presentation of the room key gave free parking which was attended by a staff member of the car park.

We requested a balcony room when we booked, but on arrival were given a street facing room with no balcony.

We stayed in 2 different rooms as we extended our stay. Both were lovely but the second had a balcony & better view and stronger wifi. The staff were helpful, and while the parking was a short walk away, it was still very close and very secure. Breakfasts were large and tasty. The location is close to the sea, the plaza and shopping. We felt safe walking around the area.

Location in the city overlooking the water. The room was updated and very clean. The wait staff for dinner and for breakfast very professional, as were the people at the front desk.

The light that comes on over the street, right in front of the balcony. There was also noise coming from the park that was very close to the balcony until around midnight.

Friendly Staff, clean rooms. Restaurant downstairs offers great dining experience. Fresh fish.

Hotel is well located in the centre of Limon and staff are very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are a good size and comfortable.

The water pressure isn't great, but hot.

The Breakfast was included and excellent. It was served from 6-am-9pm with an ocean view. There were 4 main options to choose from and they were flexible with making changes. The coffee was excellent and the pinto was delicious!

There was nothing that I did not like on this trip. I had an ocean view and slept the entire night with the sounds of waves, which was fantastic.

Staff very helpful. Very comfortable bed. Nice size room. Good WiFi and shower. Great view from our room.

Chairs for the balcony not the most comfortable. Breakfast included was not up to par with the cost of the room. Coffee maker not supplied for 2 guests.
