The property was idylic, with a lovely pool and extremely helpful staff who helped us work out the next part of our trip. The property backed onto a beach which was basically private, and the food and drinks were so tasty and excellent value for money. The rooms were very comfortable and it was the best pina colada I have ever had. Juliana and Raul were fab!

It was a little tricky to get to, and a little isolated if you didn’t have a car, but that was not a major concern at all! We were helped so much with transport.

Wonderful pool and relaxation spaces on the grounds. Loved the access to the waterfront for meditation, yoga and prayerful reflections. Exceptional customer services from staff 24/7.

There is limited cellular service access yet the internet available made up for most of that. More plant-based options for food service/restaurant would have improved the stay.

The hotel was located at the water front and it was so convenient to take advantage of the swimming pool and the sea!

The staff was very pleasant but upon our arrival at 11 am and the fact that the check out time was 12:30 we had to wait till 14:30 to get access to our room! Despite the heat there was no fridge in the room!

Hotel Playa Westfalia is right next to the Ocean. Beautiful property and well maintained. Pool is good sized and clean. Rooms are very nice. Several choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Food made to order and very delicious. Staff is attentive and very friendly. Love the 2 dogs and one cat at the property. Great value.

The access from the gate to the restaurant could be improved. The concrete path needs resurfacing as it is hard to roll your suitcases through the whole length of the path without damaging the wheels of the suitcased. other wise, the place is perfect for a vacation and the staff is awesome!!!

Awesome beachfront location, great pool, staff were really friendly, food was good, great air-conditioned room. All in great package.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting with what feels like a private beach. It was very quiet and secluded without very many people. The staff was helpful and friendly. We saw a sloth while eating at the restaurant in the hotel. Water in the room was warm and it had air conditioning.

There really isn't much around the hotel so you will have to get a taxi if you want to leave and experience more than the beach and pool.

Staff was great, the rooms were large and comfortable.

The entrance is a little inconvenient, it's a long walk from the parking lot to the reception and then to the rooms.

The location was awesome. Right on the beach. The rooms were large. Enjoyed the pool.

The single beds were terrible to sleep on. No fridge.
