The staff was extremely friendly , kind and you could not ask for better people.We were there for a family funeral and they were so on the spot to make us feel welcome and so comfortable. With all the people coming and going, they always managed to have a smile and to make sure they always said do you need anything at all? You should be proud of the people you have working there. I am proud of to say i loved it there.

The breakfast was fine. The room was good - a suite with the extra room we wanted. The bed was comfortable. The staff was excellent, both the front desk and the cleaning staff - very helpful.

The facility is old. The area in the front of the building (walkway) had some water repairs going on and it was rather unsightly. The downstairs men's restroom had a urinal that was out of order (marked), but that kind of standing water (unflushed) is always gross. The sink lighting was not functional and there was trash (paper towels) on the floor in the handicapped stall. These were adjacent to the pool and I am sure there are always problems with children running in during swimming.

The breakfast was amazing! The air conditioners were wonderful and so cold! But the carpet felt damp, so that was a little bit strange. And of course, the hot tub wasn't working, which we were looking forward to using.

The Holiday Inn Express served an excellent breakfast with many options. The rooms were equipped with everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and personable, whether working behind the counter, managing the buffet or cleaning the rooms. They created a very friendly and comfortable environment.

The pool was nice. The room was good. Breakfast was good! It was really busy and they couldn’t keep the cheese omelettes & bacon filled.

A family went down the hall around 2:30 am and was very loud!

The pool was warm and clean! The desk person was helpful. I had trouble working my key card. She came and tried it. It worked for her after several tries too. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. I liked the Dove products in the shower. The breakfast offered quite a variety.

We have stayed there before and we found it is still as nice as before. The bed was perfect and the shower was delightful.

Room decorated nicely. Enjoyed the hot tub by the pool & one in the room. The staff took time to make sure we had a room that was properly accessible for my wife. Henry & Julie behind the front desk were gems.

Cold weather.

Breakfast was good. Breakfast staff very helpful.

Could of had better ventilation in bathroom. Pancake machine seemed to have a problem.

conveniently located -king suite was lg-nice jacuzzi tub- nice indoor pool/spa area - friendly staff

small cramped lobby -cold breakfast- King suite bathroom is right across from the bed with light switches inconveniently located outside the door shining a light into bed area- annoying
