The staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Check in was fast and directions to the room was easy. The room was very nice and clean and large. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water. The heater worked perfectly because it was very cold outside and was needed. The breakfast in the morning was very good and had several choices to accommodate any appetite. The location of the hotel is within a few miles of anything in town. We will stay here again when coming back.

The only negative I have is the curtains. They did not block out the sunlight very well. I wanted to sleep in but I have trouble sleeping with light in the room. My suggestion would be to put in blackout curtains so the room can stay dark at all times

Breakfast was good - staff was very helpful and friendly

We reserved a King Suite through Booking.com but when we got there, they said that there was not one available. (They said it was Booking.com's fault). We had a dog with us and wanted the extra space. They ended up putting us in a handicap equipped room which wasn't great, but it was spacious. They brought us an extra lamp as the room was very dark.

The place was clean top to bottom, no scummy residue anywhere! The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were really nice, so dont worry if you forgot yours like I did. The pool area was draining good, so it wasn't slippery. The whole place was just all-around nice for my family. The breakfast was great, with plenty of options. Our cost was only $111 for a night! 10/10 recommend!

We were greeted by Mariejoe and she was straight forward and polite. The room was very clean, bathroom was also clean, the sheets were fresh, microwave and fridge were also clean

Swimming pool had bits in it and seemed to not be cleaned for a while. Also, the equipments in the exercise room were not working. The aircondition in the room was noisy.

Friendly staff. And the breakfast buffet was clean and well stocked even at 9 ,with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy. Great selection of fruit and other breakfast related items .

Staying on second floor with noisy room above you . I will ask to be on top floor (only 3 floors ).

The location was perfect! Right off main road and highway and minutes from the college campus we were visiting. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area.

Room was hot when we first entered, but nothing that wasn't resolved when the air conditioning was turned on.

It was one of the nicer hotels I've booked, for that price! Breakfast was excellent, better than I've ever had at a hotel but I'd recommend eating earlier to get the best selection. I did not check out the pool so I cannot comment on that but overall I was highly satisfied and would definitely recommend!

Miami Oklahoma is a very small town, so the location of this Hotel was fine. Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn breakfast, which is to say, like most Hotels of this type - mediocre. Hotel was clean and well maintained and probably, by comparison to the few Hotels in this Town, the best choice.

Very well clean, updated, and very well maintained. Breakfast was pretty good. They provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion dispensers instead of the little bottles which was great!

Not enough towels in the room and we had to ask for more toilet paper and towels.

Checking in was quick and easy. The staff at the front desk was really friendly, helpful and professional. The rooms were clean and a good size. My family of seven really enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was also pretty delicious. The traffic around the hotel wasn't bad at all.
