The breakfast was great. Fresh fruit is always a healthy element. The chef was friendly, clean, and helpful. The desk clerk was very friendly, with an inviting smile and helpful attitude. I have a conference in Oct in lake Charles, Louisiana and are planning to book the hotel there. I can't say enough about the layout of the room and the bathroom.

I clicked on room price of $127.00 when I got my confirmation, suddenly I have a room that says jet tub ( didn't have room with one) and bill was $158.00. My posting with bank was $207.00. I had no incurred charges or damage. Also indoor pool was freezing. Sad. I used booking.com for years and never experienced this.

The Friendliness of staff. Many entrances to get in and out. Plenty of parking spaces.

The price for one night and to still have pay for breakfast. Even though plenty of parking to walk in and pushing my Wife in the Wheelchair was ridiculous.

My wife and I got a room with a jacuzzi tub in it, all though everything worked properly the outside of it and the doors to work on it or access the plumbing had holes in it and need repainted. The tub was the main reason I selected that certain room. Other than that it was a 8/10.

confusion on whether the room indeed came with the breakfast included or not - need more prominent signage - when booking, there was indication breakfast was included but apparently it was only SOME bookings. multiple guests were caught by surprise, including us.

The kindness of all staff and cleanliness of our room

The only thing I had ANY issue with at all was that I didn't know the bed was adjustable and my side of the king bed was WAY to soft and I woke up a little stiff.

Very clean and nice modern facility. Staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy and the room was large enough you didn’t feel cramped with two of us sharing it.

Maybe a night light for the bathroom. It’s nice and dark in the room with the blinds pulled and being unfamiliar with the layout making a late night bathroom trip was guess work.

The breakfast was good...I had a blueberry muffin and yogurt.

We made our reservation through booking.com & it was not found in the system at the location. So Trish gave us a great room (near the pool for the kids) & 4 comped breakfast tickets. She was super friendly and awesome. However, it did take awhile to get the booking.com people to get with Trish behind the desk on the phone to cancel our order. And while I'm told the matter has been resolved I'm still worried we may be double charged because we were forced to cancel the booking.com reservation so late. But I was assured by booking.com that a manager had been contacted about making sure we weren't charged twice.

Staff was great. Everyone was kind, welcoming and very sweet.

Office chair was ripped and damaged. Afraid to sit on it for fear it would rip through. And shower control covering was broken and not secured but the shower worked fine. Could not change the a/c temp. Room was set at 66 and was freezing cold. We ended up turning it off during our 1 night stay.

Breakfast was great. The chef was awesome and the little older lady who waited on everyone was “ over the top” as far as customer service goes... gave them each a much deserved tip. Had a great experience with them at breakfast!

Woke up at about 7 am to what I thought was someone’s big BOOM box stereo in their car....never let up so I couldn’t sleep later. Turns out it was the stereo coming from the hotel as we walked out after breakfast........not pleasant.
