Nice spacious room, but call ahead to make sure yours is actually what you want! We stayed in the king studio which included a full kitchen and living space. As soon as we got there and hooked up our Xbox, we noticed that the TV was stuck at volume 100 and the remote didn't work. A quick call down to the front desk and they sent up an engineer within 20 minutes who was able to fix the issue. (BRING AN EXTRA HDMI IF YOU PLAN TO HOOK UP YOUR CONSOLE). The shower was great, the breakfast had plenty of options and even trays to carry it to your room. I would stay here again.

When I booked on this app, I specifically filtered for a balcony, bathtub, and breakfast included. We got the breakfast and it was delicious, but we were without a bathtub, AND we were one of the only rooms without a balcony! Not too big of a complaint, but if you are after specific amenities, I would call the hotel and double check after you book that your room fits your criteria. There was also a situation at about 3am, our smoke detector went off a couple times and then shut off. A call to the front desk and they said it happens sometimes. Not a big deal to us but it may be to an early riser.

I loved the suite, I had a bday gathering of my two sons, my husband and daughter in law. It was just the perfect size to bring cake and gifts for an after dinner out w them. The room was cozy, comfy and clean. My husband and I thought the bed was so comfy we are looking to buy a new one in our home!!

The only issue we ran into was the in room coffee maker wouldn't turn on. I'm a big coffee lover...but it wasn't a big problem because the hotel serves a decent breakfast and their coffee was good. The other issue was the flush box wasn't always filling up so we had to tap the mechanism to make it fill. But it was just us so we didn't complain.

Good location, very friendly staff, there is always someone at the front desk to assist you, no matter the time. The breakfast was nice. The outside pool area was a nice spot and I like that it’s gated and requires our room key to enter. The shower pressure was amazing! The kitchen having dishes really helps a lot. There was no dish detergent but there was a dishwasher pack. The beds were very comfortable and smelled very clean. The air conditioner worked great. The fridge and microwave worked great.

The room smelled a bit like stinky feet haha, possibly because it was first floor near the pool and prior occupants may be walking bare foot in that room often. The carpet had some stains. The bathroom sink is missing a stopper, and the coffee maker looked to be missing pieces. But the room overall is very nice, great decor, and comfortable. The floor plan isn’t great since you have to enter the bedroom to enter the bathroom. Anyone still sleeping can be interrupted by those still awake in the next room.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, room was spacious and nice. Multiple entrance/exits made it mvery convienent to park close to your room.

1 single, small trashcan in the entire suite. We assumed, possibly our error, that they would come in and empty the trash and gather dirty towels and leave fresh since we didn't leave the do not disturb sign out. This did not happen, maybe you have to request it.

Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they offer hot breakfast coffee is available around the clock! It was great!!

Nothing maybe the 3.00 parking a night! I'd rather play the three dollar parking and having coffee around the clock!

The front desk employees .... Especially Jacob were just adorable !!! I just loved this place ... Full of busy hotel staff buzzing about early in the morning just seems to brighten my day ... Then to see 2 gentlemen waiting on the elevator as I approach and for them both to let me go ahead ... Well played Gentlemen .... Very Polite Very Nice Pleasant Helpful Staff ... Awesome job guys

The TV in bedroom did not work initially and I was able to figure out the proper connections in the back. The highway noise in room 423 was significant.

We were forced south due to a massive winter storm closing down interstate 70, A bright refuge under trying circumstances. Facility was above average. Very good breakfast and congenial hostess.

Clean and very comfortable. It was really quiet also, I didn’t hear any hall noise.

The bathroom was a bit nasty. Something had been spilled in the sink that made it really rough, and the tub drained SUPER slow. By the time I was done showering, I was standing in 6 inches of water.

Beds were comfortable. Suites were nicely sized. Hotel was quiet with nice decor and very good staff. Breakfast was very good with many hot and cold options. Easy parking and convenient location.

Whirlpool was very small. No pillow, sheet, or blanket for hide-a-bed that we needed to use. No restaurant or lounge or welcome reception.
