The comfort of the bed! I stayed in 2 Hamptons the week before and they weren't quite as comfortable. The location right off the interstate was perfect and there were lots of a shops near by to visit. As usual, the supper was good which is a plus for us women traveling alone. We don't have to go out to eat by ourselves. I ONLY stay at Drury unless there isn't one near the location where I am traveling to.

The eating area was smaller than most so people were taking food back to their room (supper time. breakfast was fine) since the tables were full. The hotel was under renovation so 8am it got somewhat noisy. These things are ok though, improvements are necessary!

Was nice having a good breakfast and dinner provided with the cost of the room. Was a little more, but cheaper in the long run by not having to go out and pay for dinner anywhere.

We stayed Monday night through Wednesday night. They charged five more dollars for room fee every night we stayed. 110, 115, 120. Don’t understand that. If it would have been on the weekend, I would understand. But for Monday through Wednesday doesn't make any sense.

The room was so nice. It was big, with enough space for our dogs to stretch their legs and play after being in the car all day. The bed was extremely comfortable.

As nice as the room was, I don’t know that it was worth as much as we paid for it. It was already a little more than we were looking to spend, but we did it anyways because we wanted somewhere comfortable to stay after a long day on the road. They ended up adding $50 to that because of our dogs. We knew they’d be adding an additional charge, I just had no idea it would be so much. The charge would’ve been mostly fine if it wasn’t for the way my dogs instantly went around the room and tried to mark over places that obviously hadn’t been cleaned deeply enough. I think if you don’t have pets, it’s a nonissue. There were no smells or stains or anything like that, but my dogs acted like there were.

Perfect for a stay with kids. Free drinks and free food (in our case mshed potatoes, meatballs in gravy, mixed vegetables, hot dogs, nachos, soup and salad) were perfect after a long day of travel and saved us a trip to a restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was great as well. We didn't have time to check out the pool unfortunately.

It was a bit noisy as it is right next to a busy street and the windows don't keep the noise out.

Drury as always, never fails to make us comfortable. We are always greeted with smiles, and when coming in off a 400 Mike drive those 3 free drinks and evening "snacks" that are really a meal are like coming home. The rooms are impeccable, the beds comfortable and the room a nice size with table, office chair, side chair, table and lamp. The water is mhot and the towels nice and fluffy.

There wasn't anything not to like!

Breakfast, while limited in scope, was very tasty and hot. The selections fit what we needed and were cooked acceptably. Staff was great and very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay there and will stay there in the spring when we are back.

Really reaching here, but I would've like bacon on the breakfast bar instead of, or in addition to, the sausage. Not a big sausage guy. Other than that, nothing.

The staff was friendly and are room was clean.

I had a reaction to the sheets on the bed but my husband did not. I have sensitive skin and prefer cotton sheets but I realize the hotel cannot make changes for one person. The hotel was under construction and even though the hotel was being worked on we had a good experience at Drury Inn & Suites.

The bed/bathroom was clean. The bed sheets were perfect - don't ever change. I love the little pillows (square ones).

The 3 drink card is great, especially after traveling all day. The dinner on the other hand could be changed up a bit. Your coleslaw is amazing, never change. But the main course suggestion - tacos, pizza, Greek food, etc. instead of pulled pork.

They called a couple of hours before we arrived because they had accidentally over booked our room type and were going to have to switch us to a handicap accessible room. The room only had a king bed so they left a roll out bed for our son. He loved the roll out bed. The lady that called was polite and apologized multiple times and gave us a discount. The room and bathroom were very clean. The beds were comfortable. Very nice breakfast selection!

Room was clean. Bed, pillows comfortable. Hot breakfast was excellent. (waffles, oatmeal, pastries, bagels, toast, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fried potatoes, milk, and several juices). Evening meal was really good. (Always a salad, meat, potatoes, mixed vegetables.). Don’t even have to leave to go out and eat dinner. Justifies the little higher price to stay, as one doesn’t have to pay extra for dinner. Restaurants close by if you do want to walk to them.

A lot of workers/contractors stay here. They get up early. Room doors slam shut on their own. Really loud. You will be woke up around 6:00 every morning with doors slamming. Some road noise from interstate as well.
