The desk staff members very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The courtyard (accessible from inside the hotel) was pleasant and a great place to sit outside without being near heavy traffic. The breakfast area looked good but was too overwhelmingly crowded for us to use while we were there. We did not use the pools or weight room either although they also looked nice.

We had small (half size?) pillows in our king size bed. For the cost (over $300 for one night), the experience was ok but not great; this may have been because we did not access many of the amenities.

The location is within walking distance to the gas station, grocery store, and coffee shop. Check in was easy online & pay. Breakfast was fairly well for a hotel. Pizza Store is located inside the lobby, and they serve burgers too. Landscape was beautiful by the gated pool area. 5 pools in all. 1 large pool, 1 jacuzzi outside with plenty of chairs, towels, & tables. 1 large, heated pool, with 2 Jacuzzis. (Also, with plenty of chairs, towels, & tables.)

The 1st floor is way in the back of the building and has fake wood floors. It is Older than the 2nd floor. Had a lot of problems with the key even after getting it reset 4 times. The rooms on 2nd floor are newer, carpeted and it's connected directly to the lobby/pizza place. This is really a beautiful hotel. All hotels have issues. But I still prefer this hotel over the others. Just not the first floor.

Clean, modern, convenient, bar & restaurant on site. Loved the “no carpet” feature. Good breakfast.

Room was dark - not enough lighting in the right places. Need a light over the full length mirror in entryway, along with an outlet closer to the mirror. Bathroom was a little small with not enough room for two to get ready, so light and outlet over/near full length mirror would be a great help. Need main overhead light, controlled by a switch. As you walk in the room, it is dark and you have to fumble around to find light switches, and even with all lights on there wasn’t enough light to unpack. Finally, door to hall allows too much noise through. Heard every conversation of people walking down hall past our room.

It was centrally located with lots of amenities- easy access off the freeway - attached restaurant - good value Attached restaurant open 11a-11p. Large lobby with plenty of seating, large breakfast area, indoor/outdoor pools & hot tubs and exercise room. Room clean, great shower, kid & dog friendly, helpful staff - one of the bartenders was very kind because I was dead tired and needed help ordering and he set me up so I could carry dinner to the room. Hot breakfast with lots of options. Recommend

It was a nice hotel. Breakfast was great. Room was wonderful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The night staff that checked us in was full of information and did a great job. Then we were at breakfast and the staff came and spoke and it was wonderful to see him interacting with the kids. It’s not something you see a lot of anymore they just expect surveys like this!

Nothing! Well. Some signs for the food area like what is in the holders would be more helpful for guest since they are closed.

This was our second stay. We love the options of indoor or outdoor pool and hot tubs. Their breakfast has a decent variety so there should be something for everyone. Beds and pillows are comfy and clean. Having a restaurant attached is also a treat. One of our favorite places to stay in Joplin.

We've stayed before and was excited to stay again and looking forward to trying the outdoor hot tub but it was out of order this time and so was one of the two indoor ones plus the indoor pool was freezing. Our last stay all were operational so hopefully it's repaired before our next stay. we did get time in the one working indoor hot tub. Even though we were a little disappointed, we will be booking with them again in the future.

I always try to stay at this hotel I love how easy they check me in and how they are fast at checking you in they usually get me in a room no matter if I get there early or super late.

I didn’t like how I didn’t get to get into my room this time until 3pm they had nothing ready early. I didn’t like how the night staff man didn’t know who I was when I came in the front door late and be questioned me down and acted as if I didn’t belong there that was not ok I felt like he was thinking I was a person from the homeless camp or something it was embarrassing to say the least.

The room was nice and clean.

No streaming on TV and the lady that checked us in was not very friendly. Not rude but she didn't give any directions to the room and I didn't realize we were already on the second floor and I couldn't find our room which was on the 1st floor and we had to take the elevator down a floor and she never said anything about where the elevator was or that we were already on the second floor. She was also having a conversation with someone in a room behind her and wasn't paying attention to us at all. Never smiled or said welcome or anything that would have been friendly. She also wasn't dressed like she worked there. No uniform, maybe she was the manager but if she was she needed to set a better example for her employees.

The property is very clean and well kept. I hope Kali at the front desk is one of the bosses. Even is she’s not, she is still a boss. From handling the front desk like a pro to handling front counter calls from room occupants, often at the same time. The hotel was full of baseball players and their fams, yet it was a quiet night inside. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable. This was my second stay. There will be more.

Could use some nice benches at the smoking spot.

Did call to say I would b a little late , bad accident on interstate, just wanted to make sure I had a room the man I was aljed to told me I had to call another place and no guarantees , called after accident cleared up the lady was very nice and expressed to me to be safe
