The location is within walking distance to the gas station, grocery store, and coffee shop. Check in was easy online & pay. Breakfast was fairly well for a hotel. Pizza Store is located inside the lobby, and they serve burgers too. Landscape was beautiful by the gated pool area. 5 pools in all. 1 large pool, 1 jacuzzi outside with plenty of chairs, towels, & tables. 1 large, heated pool, with 2 Jacuzzis. (Also, with plenty of chairs, towels, & tables.)

The 1st floor is way in the back of the building and has fake wood floors. It is Older than the 2nd floor. Had a lot of problems with the key even after getting it reset 4 times. The rooms on 2nd floor are newer, carpeted and it's connected directly to the lobby/pizza place. This is really a beautiful hotel. All hotels have issues. But I still prefer this hotel over the others. Just not the first floor.

Clean, modern, convenient, bar & restaurant on site. Loved the “no carpet” feature. Good breakfast.

Room was dark - not enough lighting in the right places. Need a light over the full length mirror in entryway, along with an outlet closer to the mirror. Bathroom was a little small with not enough room for two to get ready, so light and outlet over/near full length mirror would be a great help. Need main overhead light, controlled by a switch. As you walk in the room, it is dark and you have to fumble around to find light switches, and even with all lights on there wasn’t enough light to unpack. Finally, door to hall allows too much noise through. Heard every conversation of people walking down hall past our room.

This was our second stay. We love the options of indoor or outdoor pool and hot tubs. Their breakfast has a decent variety so there should be something for everyone. Beds and pillows are comfy and clean. Having a restaurant attached is also a treat. One of our favorite places to stay in Joplin.

We've stayed before and was excited to stay again and looking forward to trying the outdoor hot tub but it was out of order this time and so was one of the two indoor ones plus the indoor pool was freezing. Our last stay all were operational so hopefully it's repaired before our next stay. we did get time in the one working indoor hot tub. Even though we were a little disappointed, we will be booking with them again in the future.

The room was nice and clean.

No streaming on TV and the lady that checked us in was not very friendly. Not rude but she didn't give any directions to the room and I didn't realize we were already on the second floor and I couldn't find our room which was on the 1st floor and we had to take the elevator down a floor and she never said anything about where the elevator was or that we were already on the second floor. She was also having a conversation with someone in a room behind her and wasn't paying attention to us at all. Never smiled or said welcome or anything that would have been friendly. She also wasn't dressed like she worked there. No uniform, maybe she was the manager but if she was she needed to set a better example for her employees.

I always try to stay at this hotel I love how easy they check me in and how they are fast at checking you in they usually get me in a room no matter if I get there early or super late.

I didn’t like how I didn’t get to get into my room this time until 3pm they had nothing ready early. I didn’t like how the night staff man didn’t know who I was when I came in the front door late and be questioned me down and acted as if I didn’t belong there that was not ok I felt like he was thinking I was a person from the homeless camp or something it was embarrassing to say the least.

This is the best place to stay while visiting Joplin. Everything is top notch. The staff is always so warm, kind, inviting and helpful, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is above and beyond. The kids love the pool. I have always enjoyed coming here. The pizza place inside is soooooo good.

Maybe put a trash can outside the door for guest to throw away trash as they're entering the hotel. There's nothing negative to say.

This facility has been updated. Clean and neat, The staff is professional and efficient. BIG BONUS, a restaurant right on the property. would definitely stay here again.

The beds are consistently way, way too soft. Now, I prefer a firm mattress so this is a biased comment, but when i lie on a bed and my derriere sinks way down, but my legs and feet are significantly higher than my butt, well that is just very uncomfortable for me.

The breakfast was outstanding!! Eggs, Biscuits & Gravy, Potatoes, Sausage, Fresh Fruit, Waffles, Cereal, Coffee, Juice, homemade Pico de Gallo, absolutely delicious breakfast!! The best hotel breakfast I've ever had.

Everything was amazing , the only thing I didn't like was that I had to check out and leave. Lol I wanted to stay another night. The beds are soooooo comfy and the soap in the bathroom smells so good. The rooms are clean staff is nice.

Great hotel! I was in a jam, had about a week lapse moving from one house into another house and LaQuinta has made that week bearable. Not only did they have hot breakfast every morning, but the on site laundry facility made it seem just like home. And being pet friendly was a huge help as well. The more than reasonable rate put it over the top. Our stay was perfect! Grateful for all the amenities they offer!

They may check in extremely easy. They were pet friendly. The rooms were perfect. The staff accommodated my request. Just lovely people good job on hiring them La Quinta. Also I’m very impressed with La Quinta policies on the pets and family. This is really where family should be staying

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The proximity to restaurants and shopping while visiting family for Easter was great.
