The bed was so comfortable. The coffee and cinnamon rolls were amazing that were served with the continental breakfast.The shower had good water pressure. Staff was helpful with every question we had except the cost of the room. Spa was nice. We were within 7 min of any major store, university, or medical facility.

I booked my June dates in January to make sure a room was available. Received confirmation. We called a week prior and they did not have our reservation. We had to book another room at a much higher rate. All other hotels were filled up due to the banquet. I didn't like the coffee area in the room. No light over the coffee area which included the coffee pot, microwave,and small refrig. The coffee pot looked dirty.

First of all, the Owners and Managers trained and hired excellent Staff. From the moment we walked in they were inviting, friendly, kind, knowledgeable. The Hotel was clean it even smelled good, it was well decorated, it was inviting, on the table sat this beautiful vase of peonies, the rooms were the perfect size and spotless, the bed, bedding, pillows felt like home, and everything worked, breakfast was delicious, had a nice variety, and of course your signature cinnamon rolls were cooked perfectly the Staff kept everything clean and filled, they never left the coffee empty, they were polite, friendly and very professional, check out they invited us back, like a friend would do. My husband worked over a half of a year on the road in different States. I stayed with him a lot we stayed mainly at IHG this by far was the nicest one.

Overall it was good the location was easy to find no noisy felt relaxed😂

Well as international Hotel I was expected to find facilities for Tea such as kettle and proper tea bags but I had no choice have to go down stairs in the kitchen to get hot water and tea bags😢

I've stayed at a few hotels in Miami when I'm visiting family and the last several times I have always gone back to Holiday Inn Express. They have maintained the facilities throughout the pandemic and it made it comfortable to return to the room at the end of the day. I especially liked that the blinds covered the window completely and blocked the sun and heat.

It's not as updated as many Holiday Inn Express locations across the nation. I didn't realize it, but my cousin mentioned that the toilet seat was loose and only connected on one side. I forgot to mention it to the staff when I went back downstairs since I always used the staircase instead of elevator.

Booking.com is a very unethical business. They book a major portion of hotel rooms in advance on cheaper rates - and then resell the rooms at much higher prices. The hotel listed the room for $105.00 but when you call them to bool, they don't have a room available in their system because it's all booked - however, when you search on Booking.com, the same room is available for $180.00 This is a bad business ethics by Booking.com

Breakfast was minimal, due to "short staff". I had two cups of coffee. I was delighted with the newer bed linens, it was refreshing. I have stayed at this location many times over the years, back when there was a fireplace and conversational chairs in the lobby (I do miss that), The staff was very casually dressed but quite nice. I will stay again in the future.

The breakfast buffet was basically nil. There was a store bought pancake mix in place to pour your own. I passed on that item. There was Yogurt and possibly bread for toast. No bellman available, nor a cart at the time I required one.

Need grab bars in bathroom as it is difficult for short people to reach the one bar in the tub. Beds also difficult for short people.

Clean, comfortable hotel in a convenient location. Perfect for an overnight stay on a road trip.

the rooms were very clean, the beds were comfy and the breakfast selection was awesome! cinnamon rolls were a treat!
