We spent 7 nights at the hotel. The hotel is large and offers many services: there are even three separate relaxation and wellness areas with excellent saunas tailored to different tastes, a gym with weights and exercise machines, a large indoor pool, and a smaller outdoor pool. There are also spa service rooms where therapeutic treatments and massages are performed. I would specifically highlight the restaurant, where every morning, a very diverse and healthy breakfast is served, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. During dinner, you feel like you are in a fine city restaurant, where you can order top-quality wine, and the variety and quantity of food will satisfy even the most demanding gourmet. After dinner, you can choose a room where you can have a great time playing board games or reading a book. For those who want to dance or enjoy cocktails, there is a separate bar with live music evenings or great tunes that allow you to dance and have fun with friends. The staff is very friendly and speaks multiple languages, so you will feel at home. I recommend this hotel for couples, groups of friends like ours, or even families with children, as it is located right next to ski slopes and lifts. The hotel provides ski storage lockers, making everything very convenient and close by.

Nice facilities and amazing sauna. Food presentation was usually good. I liked that previous evening dishes didn't go to waste when there was extra.

The food was good or okay but below our expectations. The chief is skilled and has a style but it often made me go "why?!" Such as mixing a fish based sauce with a steak for a "surf and turf" (the meat completely overpowered the sauce). The fish was never good. Chief loves sticking a sprig of thyme in all the dishes and a slice of tomato which lacked effort / creativity. Some days there was loads of food and other days you didn't even have a choice. Just bizarre. The chief would do better to stick with basics. Besides food, I didn't like having to take a bus AND a tram to get to glacier. No time to get there if you have kids in ski school so had to stick on the smaller part (but it was still a nice buy of runs just small)

We drove from Munich. When we were greeted, we were offered the lunch buffet which had hot soup and many delicious grab and go treats. There are multiple spa areas, which was really nice. I wish they had a cold plunge year-round. It would have been nice to do the hot tub then the cold plunge in back in the hot tub again. The location was amazing. You have the capacity to walk 100 feet to get on a lift to go snowboarding. Those slopes have a red run that leads all the way down to the hotel. The other two slopes are less than a five minute drive. The massage therapist, whose name I think was Michel, is absolutely amazing and well worth the hour session. I had a small incident while snowboarding and he took very good care of my calf/knee. He went above and beyond with taping it for me.

The only thing I did not like was that the cold plunge was not available.

It was my fifth stay with the most wonderful staff at this magnificent hotel! Thoroughly enjoyed it right from the very first glass of prosecco upon welcome! Truly exceptional service, great food, excellent location. I gave it full marks for the money although a bit pricey, but worth every penny! Loved it, loved it, loved it!

Location, Staff and Food.

interior of room need to upgrade to 2022 for 4 star hotel standard. No usb outlets only austria electric sockets. As well TV too small and no hot water for drink at night time. Breakfast start at 7:30 much too late.

The hotel offers great breakfast and dinner. There are varieties of rooms provided for different uses, such as meditation room, fitness room, panoramic lounge etc. The staff is also very hospitable.
