Really comfortable hotel, staff were super helpful, professional and friendly, I stayed in a single room (non-smoking): the room while small is comfortable. Bathroom is standard japanese bathroom so probably some western visitors may find it a bit small but it is comfortable nonetheless. Price-value is perfectly on point, location is super convenient as it is close to the station (in Numazu expect to use the bus quite often, you can just walk from the hotel to the station in just a couple minutes and from there take the bus you need to take). Lastly if you’re a Love Live! sunshine enjoyer as myself you’ll love the decorations in front of the reception!

The room I stayed while there is a window when opening the curtains all I could see was other building, so don’t expect a spectacular view to the city. Not a dealbreaker though, it’s just worth noting as probably some visitors do want to see the city from their hotel room.

Almost everything was perfect. I couldn't find anything to complain about. Location was 3 minutes walk from Numazu JR Station. Supermarkets, convenience stores, and a shopping mall were right nearby. The staff didn't speak English but were very cheerful, friendly and efficient. The room was a classic business hotel-style room. Private room with bed, private bath with amenities, TV, ref and electric kettle. Everything a solo traveler needs ! And the price was so reasonable.

There was no coffee provided. Just Japanese tea.

This was one of my favorite hotels in Japan. The staff was very friendly when I arrived and fun to talk to. The hotel had everything I needed. It was clean and a good size room. It also has Love Live decorations on display for fans visiting the city. The hotel is only 2-3 minutes from the station.

Laundry was great. Staff were very pleasant. Room was good. Bathroom was small but good.

It was too expensive. No view looking at a brick wall should have been priced accordingly. Pillows were hard and only one. We couldn’t eat breakfast there as no choice.

Close to the station and busstop right in front. Very comfortable bed and room was very clean. Free amenities are placed in the lobby, washing machines worked just fine. Everything you need is provided. The staff especially was super friendly! The breakfast lady has a special place in my heart :)

Very near train station and tons of food/shopping. Rooms were quiet and nice to have hot pot in room with microwave on each floor, and small frig. We could see Mt Fuji from our window.

Room is very narrow and without any shelves except the small backboard shelf of bed, so maneuvering around was a little difficult, but not unexpected in Japan and my husband liked the little desk in the room.

- Great location, only 3-min walk from Numazu Station, very convenient for travelling. - Modern facilities, clean and tidy, good shampoo and facial foam provided. - Breakfast is good considering the price, with roasted fish as the main dish. - Friendly Staff, and some of them can speak English! - And even a greater place if you are a "Lovelive!" fan!

Reception staff are very attentive and helpful.

A young employee with silver-colored hair, rude, doesn't greet guests. Once when opening the elevator she was inside, she didn't say anything, it seems she is bothered by the work she does.

The staff was very nice, the breakfast very big and nutritious. The room was also very clean.

The room was a little small. So if traveling with big luggage, it’s difficult to properly open the suitcase and to have enough space.

The bed was a super single size, the sheets were new and comfortable. The fridge could be adjusted to super cold to chill my drinks quickly. The lights could be controlled by a remote. The aircon was effective and quiet

I sent a message to the hotel . They took a few days to get back to me. By then it was too late for me to do anything about my situation.
