Great location and the price is great, some of the rooms have direct view of Fuji (although over the train station) A few minutes walk away from a lot of restaurants and the main road which is beautiful when you can see Fuji.

The bath was small.

The room is clean. The location is super good.

During my check in, I asked the staff if I can leave my backpack for two days and she said no problem. But at the morning of another day, I said I will leave my backpack and the other female staff with glasses said I cannot. That mess up my schedule. I am not satisfied with that staff.

We loved how conveniently near it is from the station. Although you might need to walk more or take the bus to go around and find good places to eat but nonetheless very quiet neighborhood.

Very close to JR station (also 25 minutes walk from Shinkansen station), yet not noisy. Good value for twin room. Helpful staff
