I like the location, room and pool

In the Ad it says breakfast included, and in truth, their breakfast is very small because of my expectations, they told me that the restaurant was being remodeled and was literally not, they told me that my eggs will be oversee or scramble and if I want to have somethin elements like tomatoes, onions or meat I have to bring it, everyday was the same, When I travel my breakfast are very important to me. I got very disappoint with that. need to put in the ADD what to expectations about it.

the room was great, with a straight view from the balcony to the ocean. however being so close to the bars and clubs it was quite loud at night from thursday to sunday. the pool is gorgeous and always at perfect tempature. although very little staff spoke english, we were in mexico so it's expected!

the shower wasn't great and was difficult to use due to lack of pressure and not great shower heads. our toilet didn't flush properly but it's a minor inconvenience. if you plan on keeping your room cold just note that the blankets are very thin and not very comfortable.

Large room with balcony and great view. Old Mexican style design. Lots of greenery. Breakfast was adequate.Great shower and location.Had a fridge and a little kitchen area. Staff tried to help with the internet and were friendly.

Internet was almost non-existant. I'd read it had problems but didn't realise how bad it was. What's worse is those comments were from a year ago, and still the internet is poor. Management needs to invest in internet upgrade and to upgrade some of the balcony furniture. In this day and age, workable internet should be a given. Also my room had a little kitchen space but had no cooking facilities at all, nor any crockery or cutlery. It was a completely wasted space. The price was quite high and the property has such potential, but it's not really being reached.

Originally we had to change rooms because the street noise, especially the night music, was overwhelming.. We were able to move a little further back and that helped. We loved the pool, we loved the people working and the proximity to the beach.

there really wasn't anything that we did not like, with the exception of the super loud music at night, which I know was out of the hotel's control.

The location of the property was impeccable. 24/7 secured private parking was a big plus. The pool was a plus. The prices were great for the location.

Rooms felt a bit dirty. Pool towels felt a bit dirty as well. The free breakfast included in our package was not ideal. Very limited options for food and drinks and service was very poor at restaurant. The wifi was not ideal, very poor service.

Hello, We really enjoyed our 2 stays in Arcoiris. The location is good en we liked the room at the beachside:) the staff was friendly. Especialliy the security guy Israel!!:) please say hi to him from Yvet and Hester. We also liked the breakfast and the guy in the kitchen was very nice:) We asked for a second hammock and the guy from the reception helped us with this!:) We loved the swimmingpool only the pool was full with mosquitos and wasps so we cleaned the pool ourselves. The view and ambiance!! we had the best view, our room was on the last floor, lots of stairs but the view was worth it. The hotel is very comfortable, our room was very spacious and clean, had a mini fridge which was not common in any of the other hotels we stayed in Oaxaca. The staff was friendly. The location was absolutely perfect! right across from the beach and in the middle of a lot of nice restaurants and shops.

The ocean view was gorgeous! Room was spacious, comfortable, clean!!! The staff was very friendly, and had security at the gate so no one could just walk in.

The WiFi was the only issue I had there, but then again I was there to enjoy the beach and area. Plenty of things to do to keep you entertained when WiFi was out.

Hotel with excellent location. Our apartment with 2 toilets and a large living room had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was excellent. The large beach and many restaurants and bars with good prices were right across the street (not a busy street at all, rather a beach promenade). Accommodation absolutely met expectations. Very affordable - due to the facilities, size, and above all the excellent location and ocean views.

Very simple breakfast. I do not recommend having breakfast at the hotel. This is not a very big problem, but there are no glass windows but only nets between the bedroom and the living room. It would be very convenient to put full windows in the bedroom, as well as on the side of the living room. (If there were normal glass windows on all the walls of the bedroom, I would give a rating of 9, maybe 10).

The Arco Iris is a great place to stay 🤍 Good location Rooms are convivial with a private patio Staff is very helpful The Breakfast place is wonderful, you can eat watching the waves of Zicatela Beach and admire iguanas, birds...
