We loved the spacious rooms, beach access, location, and helpful staff.

We loved everything about this hotel, but we chose it because it was advertised as being for adults only. However, there were kids in the pool the entire 3 days we were there. The first night, they were in the pool late and were very loud. The pool and surrounding area is quite small, and we wanted use use the pool several times but were unable to due to the number of kids in it. We mentioned to the front desk that when reserving the room, it stated it was an adult-only hotel and were told that the families with children made reservations before the hotel became adult-only. We love kids, but please don't advertise as being adult-only until it actually is. We were celebrating our anniversary on a child-free holiday, and therefore, we were very disappointed that it was not as advertised.

Best location and the best sunset view in puerto escondido from the terrace, just amazing.

We choose this hotel because it was adults only, but wend we arrived there were kids in the swimingpool.

We had a wonderful stay. You can’t beat the location, facing the ocean on one side, with restaurants, bars, shops all within 5’mins walking distance. It has a very chill vibe, with mostly couples looking to relax and not party hard. There were always a lot of available chairs/umbrellas by the pool and beach. The rooftop bar is a fantastic plus to watch the sunset or have a nightcap, and the cocktails are very good. The waves are extremely strong and not suitable for swimming, but this is the case everywhere in the area, and not specific to this hotel. You can hear a bit of music from nearby bars in the evening, but they all close between 10-11pm latest so that isn’t an issue! We would love to be back next time we are on that side of Mexico.

The location was fantastic, and the view was amazing.! We had an ocean view room on the 3rd floor. I could have sat on the balcony all day! Room and hotel was spotlessly clean, quiet and the staff were great! Always smiling and very helpful. The pool wasn't the biggest but I was still able to swim laps and the water temperature was always cool because most of the day it was shaded. A special shout out to Angel and Ulises they were awesome! The roof top bar was also a nice place to view the sunset and have a drink. We hated to leave!

Everything was wonderful - Except the security - especially for female travelers- was not sufficient. The sliding door to the patio did not lock - on purpose. The lock had been disabled as people were getting locked out on the patio. Additionally the chain lock for the main door was broken. We were able to get a broom handle to lock the patio door - but there should really be locks.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and amazing value for money. I would recommend the sea view room if you can. Will definitely be coming back! The staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and tidy. We love visiting the roof top bar for sunset. Could not fault!

Location was amazing. The room was big and well stocked with a nice fridge and freezer plus the mini kitchen was so nice to have to cut up fruit and make salads. The staff was responsive, friendly and fast. Rooftop bar was a beautiful spot to catch the sunset and drinks were great.

The bed was a bit firm for us and we aren’t sure why but it would move or shake often throughout the day/night. Not sure if our room was just near a machine that caused a tremble or something but it was a bit strange.

From the moment we arrived, they accepted my request of doing an early check in and to our surprise, the manager gave us a better room than what I had booked. The attention from all the staff was impecable and everyone super helpful all the time.

One night a group of guests were making some noise at night at the pool area, maybe have a time for closing the pool area or some noise restrictions to the guests. But overall great experience.

The staff here are fantastic! So welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect! Our room had a partial ocean view, was clean and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay here! We'll be back 🇲🇽❤️

The view from my top floor, sw unit was outstanding. Perfect for sunset. Decor was turquoise and white. Very hospitable staff. I was greeted with a glass of wine and dessert, possibly because it was Valentine's Day when I arrived. Located in the heart of restaurants and shops of Punta Zicatela. Staff got me a taxi for a well-negotiated price upon check-out.

Pool was shaded, but ocean at doorstep, so not an issue.
