The staff were super friendly and always on hand to help. The hotel was brand new and super clean. It’s also in a handy location near to the beach and all the great bars and restaurants, but not too noisy. There was a calm atmosphere and the swimming pool was wonderful!

We had some construction work directly outside our bedroom that started at 7am in the morning which was slightly annoying. It would’ve been good to know about this ahead of time so we could’ve prepared ourselves.

When I walked in the room the rooms smelled cleaned . It disinfectanted with a noticeable smell of cleaners . The air conditioner worked perfect and kept us comfortable through 90 percent humidity. The rooms was well furnished i give it an overall 8 out of 10 . Nice bathroom

You need what's app to communicate with the staff to get your wifi password and entry code . The sheets seems a but old and we're not as white as they could be .

I recently stayed at Casa Ita Surf and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The location was perfect, just two blocks away from all the vibrant restaurants and bars, and a mere 5-minute stroll to the beautiful beach. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home, and the hotel itself was lovely, with a comfortable atmosphere. The WiFi worked flawlessly, and I appreciated that the room temperature was just right throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Casa Ita Surf to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway experience!

Great location, very good room with AC, nice bath having a good shower and utilities and cozy Interieur. The staff is very very kind! Thanks for everything again!

Nothing disturbed us and we had a great time! Small remarks though: Bed could be bigger than 140cm, but was alright still. Sound proof windows and doors due to the constructions around (but that is too much to ask).

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they talked to multiple tour operators for us and organized an excellent bioluminescence trip. The pool is a nice place to chill out/cool off and the room was nice and comfortable.

The road to the hotel got a bit muddy when it rained

Loved the staff, very helpful and friendly! The design was perfect and the location couldn’t have been better. Beds were comfortable and AC worked really well!

The only thing is we were on the 3rd floor and the water pressure was very light. I lived in puerto for a long time and that’s quite common, but something to take note of.

Would definitely stay here again. Great location - a couple of minutes from the main strip of La Punta but on a quiet residential road. Staff were amazing and very helpful. We had a late flight out on the day of check out and we were able to use the pool and facilities until we left later in the evening. Clean and stylish room, great AC, comfy bed.

Staff are super helpful and lovely, the cleanliness standards are great! nice pool area. Having fruit, tea and coffee available for breakfast was a nice touch. Easy walking distance to the beach and main stop of cafes. We really enjoyed Casa Ita Surf

Great hotel! We had the suite which had everything that we needed with direct access to the pool It is a small hotel which is also great as there isn't many guests and super quiet. Only a 5min walk to the main strip and so close to the beach. Staff super friendly.

Road works and construction across the road had a little noise. But this wasn't an issue at night.

Everything is new and functional It is evident that interior design was involved in the construction because everything is in the right place. Excellent value for money Quite Nice pool Location is awesome The best thing is that we were on our honeymoon and they decorated a heart made of flowers as an extra bonus we were really excited about it.
