Rooms were spacious with a balcony, they cleaned the room every day giving new towels and bottles of water. The bed was comfortable and there was a fan and AC available in every room. Nice to have a swimming pool in the facilities to refresh yourself after going to the beach, and you can get beach towels in the reception.

The service was a bit slow in the restaurant and the food was average. Location wise is not that bad (around 20 min to the town) but you need to cross the highway.

The pool, staff and cleanliness

The restaurant was terrible but nice people. I had nachos that was similar to a baseball game. Not what I expect coming to Mexico. Awful smooth jazz was playing from morning till late at night. We had to tell them our second to last day to please turn it down or off. Should have told them earlier lol

I read the reviews before I booked this place. The one bad review was so odd and picky. I also didn’t find it to be true. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The AC was great. The views were amazing. The restaurant was very good and had great vegetarian options.

It was hard to turn into if you were heading south. You had to go past and make a U turn. The restaurant was also out of quite a bit, but the food we got was good.

The restaurant was not open, but this was not an impediment to enjoy the trip. They allow us to bring our own food/beverages.

I liked the comfortable space room.

The room didn't have an interphone to speak with the reception, also didn't have elevator.
