The location on Zicatela was very convenient and the staff was lovely, they even helped us with laundry services and kept our parking spot when we left one afternoon. The pool was nice to work and tan. The hotel was very accommodating as we had to cancel our last night and they refunded us the full price of that night. It was very good value for the place, the room was big and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom floor is totally flat so the water would get everywhere and then we would put water in the room and have wet feet when using the toilet. Also the pool was a little dirty but not crazy

This is the second time we've stayed there. The location is excellent and the staff is wonderful. The rooms are large, and the king-size bed is comfortable. We like that there is a kitchen so that we can cook our own food if we prefer. The pool is nice also.

It's on a noisy street, so there is a lot of noise. Bring earplugs.

I liked the cleaning spaces and the location of the place. Also the people in the lobby were nice.

The restrooms need a little more ventilation, but honestly it does not matter. Maybe more parking.

Good location on Zicatela beach Clean, good pool, close to everything. Scooter rent on site. Very good king size bed.

I feel like anyone can go in especially at night ! The doors were open and no one at front desk.

Location 10/10 Staff 10/10, it was my partners birthday and they organised a surprise for him with ballons in the room. Cleaning every day. huge and comfy bed.

Perfect location and facilities. Friendly staff and only a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars.

It was a quaint little hotel close to the beach.

Only 2 crappy pillows for a king bed. Out dated furniture and decore.
