Almost Everything was fantastic. Loved that the pool stays open until late at night. Staff were cool. Breakfast included was amazing. Vibe and views spectacular.

Only challenge was the sea view room we had meant being on the same side of the street as the techno club music until 4 am. If you want to sleep... Book a room facing the pool.

Too much noise late at night

good location, pools, sunbeds. Beach/pool towels provided. Great ocean view from the bedroom balcony. Comfortable beds. Sheets and towels changed daily. Nice staff.

Breakfast a bit light. Noise from nightclub across the street until 3am, which may be a problem for some guests. Some rooms may be impacted differently.

Pools. Beach access. Kid friendly with breakfast . It’s convenient if u want to be on zicatela beach ( can’t swim only surf that beach)

It’s somewhat basic . No frills I asked for a crib on booking . Again at check in early in the day . And multiple more times until finally late at night I got a filthy and broken crib so my son had to sleep in my bed ( and he rolls around a lot) then only the next day did I get a decent crib. One morning we showed up literally 10 minutes after breakfast time (misunderstood the time and was with a child) and they refused to give breakfast or any food even some basic eggs- that was rude . Great location, right across from the beach and all kinds of beach restaurants and bars, and amongst great shopping. Fabulous swimming pools, and spacious rooms. Friendly, helpful staff. Easy to get to from the airport.

Construction underway—good for the future

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breiza and William were excellent and spoke English, which was handy. The swimming pools were lovely and we swam every day, as was very hot. The restaurant across the street was excellent. Breakfast was included!

The only concern was the loud music across the street from 9:00 pm until 3:00 am (which is ALL down the street), and it is so loud it shakes the walls. Be sure to ask for a quiet room in the back.

Great location! We had a beach front room and there were bars across the street…I was warned at check in that there may be noise due to this, but it was fine, I enjoyed the music from the balcony and once I closed the sliding door you could barely hear it…we slept good! We enjoyed the pools after a busy day. We really enjoyed our breakfast in restaurant Paraiso, the restaurant was clean, the service great and food was delicious! A few minute walk from the hotel, but we enjoyed it!

There was construction going on when we arrived, very noisy on the first floor, but they stopped at 5pm and they seem to only work Mon-Fri and we arrived Thursday so we heard them very little. It also helped that we were on the 4th floor and you could barely hear anything up there! The stairs were very tiring though 😅. The water pressure was bad in our room 54. The shower heard for sure needs to be changed it was old and it sprayed water everywhere! We reported it to the lady in the afternoon shift at the front desk, but nothing was done.

I had a great time, breakfast was great! The staff was friendly and willing to help at all times. There are some great bars and restaurants right in front of the hotel. Couple.of disclaimers Zicatela is not a beach to swim, however there are some great beaches to swim 10 min or less by taxi. Also, the hotel is in a busy street at night so if party noise bothers you this might not be the place for you.

the location was perfect, helpful staff, and a very good breakfast (surfers one particularly good). room was huge.

not because of the cost but breakfast should include a free juice. spoils an otherwise tasty breakfast. rooms at the front noisy because if the clubs. despite we had pay for a sea view we decided to move to the back of the building to sleep better. toilet and shower room need some work to modernise. lack of providing shampoo.

The staff was so great. Very helpful and friendly. Great location and amazing views from our top floor room. The on site restaurant had a wonderful breakfast and we ate there almost every day.

The big dance club across the street was super loud and they stay open pretty late. I didn’t mind so much but others would probably find it frustrating if they tried to sleep.
