The location is great, it's close enough to pints Zicatela but yet a bit away. The are is in a construction but it's only rarely an issue. A walk to the beach is a 2 min walk, and the sea may be accessible yyin the morning but is not for kids as the waves are simply too rough. The pool is nice and kept clean. It' seems new and was great for kids with a shallow area as well. The staff was helpful with whatever question we had.

The utensils advisor in the outside common kitchen are very scarce and the cooking gear (a ceramic heating element which must be taken out in order to use and other equipment (coffee machine, blender) must be plugged in from under the kitchen table which makes its use a bit challenging. Fue shorter trust this might work but not for longer stays above 1 week. There's are cats in the building which the staff don't recognize as bringing to them building but they also don't their them out nor feed them. So hungry cats are there most of times and may take your food if you leave them for a second. The frigerator which is advisory for common use is in a separate section. All in all the kitchen situation is far from optimal and lacks a better setup..

Responsive staff especially the manager who ordered taxis for us and he woke early to ensure the taxi was there on time. Twice! Clean rooms, decent value considering it was “no frills” stay. Hot water and AC were great. Pool was great for cooling off. Liked the sound of the ocean from the terrace. Daily house keeping was very clean with fresh towels on request.

Communal cooking facilities were very basic and impractically located - microwave was in a cupboard and almost at floor level. It was ok for heating up food but definitely not cooking of any sort. More deck chairs and shade around pool would be helpful but the area is quite small.

Clean facilities, great AC and great WiFi. Very comfortable. Was very quiet, away from the main drag where most restaurants and bars are, but a 10 min walk away. Very close to the beach

It’s not a hang out spot - there are occasionally people hanging by the pool but you should have your own plan. Seems like a lot of people who are doing long term stay there.

Nice quiet hotel, couldn’t cook as kitchen area on roof had very limited utensils ,room a bit on small size but adequate , good aircon and shower 10 minutes walk to Punta and same to Zicatela areas, staff very helpful and friendly Swimming Pool was nice

Odilon was amazing when we had some bother with our aircon and moved us into a different room for the night until it was sorted. Lovely pool area and roof terrace for sunset. Good location for La Punta bars/restaurants. Clean rooms with good aircon. A few kitchen facilities for a simple snack

Only a BBQ, there is no hob for cooking

Really nice and clean, also quite simple had everything I needed. The rooftop area is great as well! There is a lounge area and a spacious kitchen. Also the wifi is good for work. I really enjoyed my stay at La Aurora.

Close enough to la Punta restaurants but still need to walk a bit. Rooftop could be made a little closer with fairy lights

Great location away from the busy La Punta area but still within walking distance of everything. Nice and big swimming pool, great terrace to hang out.
