The location is amazing: 1. Right by the biggest match box super market in PE (like a local version of Walmart), also the town center, where you can find long distance bus to all other major cities. 2. Walking distance to everywhere, the famous beaches in PE. 3. Near the colectivo spot to La Punta. 4. Right by the large bus stop to Manzute and Zipolite. The little family owned hotel itself is giving you the 2000s vibe, but under good maintenance. There's a popular local church just opposite the street, so expecting some ceremony sounds and music once in a while, (it happened to me once in early morning and early evening, nothing crazy)

Nothing I dislike. If have to bring one thing, it would the entrance design, existing guests could only using a tiny door by the slop, while there's another gate.

The room is tidy and equipped with cooking appliances. It has air conditioning, which is very important in this area due to the hot and humidity regions. The kitchen has a door that separates it from the room, helping to keep the room cool. The bathroom has sufficient hot water. The staff have a good attitude and are willing to help with any inquiries or issues. There is a water dispenser near the reception where you can get hot or cold water. There is a swimming pool, but I didn't have time to enjoy it. Surrounded is quiet, good for sleep!

The hotel is at the end of a long road, and you have to walk up a long slope or stairs. This can be troublesome if you have large luggage or are carrying too many things. There aren't many dining options nearby, so you have to go to the beach or the bus stop area. Additionally, during my stay, there was a power outage, and when walking back to the hotel, the entire road had no streetlights, which made me worry it could be dangerous. Also, the bathroom doesn’t have a shower curtain, so water splashes everywhere when taking a shower.

Great stay and friendly owner Diana. She arranged a super boat trip with Dolphins. Very comfortable room and bed with good Air Conditioning. Lovely little pool for a dip. You have views of the ocean and a nice breeze. We had a scooter so was easy to get around. Hotel is 5 minutes walk to the ADO bus station and you have a few good taco places to eat also. We would stay again and thank you for a pleasant stay. Muchas Gracias

Nice little hotel, great location but still within walking distance to everything you need. Clean and large rooms with good shower, hot water and great wifi. The staff is very friendly, allowed us an early check-in, arranged a taxi to the airport and checked-in regularly with us to ensure our stay was comfortable. definitely recommend this place.

may be a minor point but since there is no onsite breakfast option or a kitchen, a tea/coffee making facility in the room would be nice as I prefer a hot drink to start the day and not always possible to go down and climb back bunch of stairs to the nearest cafe.

I really liked staying here. Beds were comfortable, rooms were very clean, AC worked well. Staff were very nice and helpful, and spoke enough English that we didn't run into any problems. I didn't see a single bug, not even a mosquito, in my room. Conveniently located to the adoquin, supermarket, restaurants, beach, shops, etc. I could walk to literally everything I needed.the view from the balcony was great and I loved the hammocks The neighbors are quiet, and it's on a quiet street. There's a busy road just uphill but I didn't really hear it.

One night there was a concert on the beach and the sound traveled up (not their fault!) but when I closed my door and window it was pretty muffled.

I just spent a week at Hotel Casa Mia! Diana and her staff are the best! Pros: Location-Pool-Beach less than 5 minute walk-Grocery store less than five minute walk-Airport 5 minute drive-Diana assisted with everything I needed. When I return to PE there is no question this is where I’ll be staying. A++

The hotel area is spacious, clean, and well organized. The pool was great and clean. The patio was amazing with great views, comfortable couches and hammocks. I enjoyed sitting there in the evening while sipping wine. The hotel has a great location within walkable distance to grocery store, bank, beaches, and restaurants. The staff and amenities were amazing. I will certainly come back to this hotel again!

I loved everything !!!!!

Very well situated hotel in close proximity to all the beaches, stores and dining options. If you want to avoid the touristy places in Zicatela but still wanna be close to the action - this is the place for you! I honestly preferred the beaches, beach clubs and food here and towards Playa Carrizalillo over Zicatela. Better food and better prices plus a little more low key. They hotel itself is well maintained with clean rooms and facilities, good Wi-Fi, a nice rooftop with amazing views and small, but good pool. Staff is very helpful and friendly! I had the room with a kitchen, which was nice (even though I didn't need both beds). If you have the opportunity, try to get the room with the balcony and pool view. Then you have a private balcony and views over the ocean as well. I'd definitely come back here again!

This is not even a minus, but I think the hotel has even more potential. A bar on the rooftop with some simple breakfast/dining options would make this the perfect place to stay at!

This is such a great hotel! Diana, the owner, was so great - so personable and caring! She connected with us on WhatsApp when we were checking in so we could message her if we needed anything!! The hotel itself is nice and small, really clean and quiet! The rooftop terrace is lovely with amazing views! The hotel is centrally located so it’s easy to walk to many of the beaches, restaurants, stores etc. or easy to take a quick taxi ride.

Very friendly and helpful staff! Great view! Near the beach! Great pool! Comfortable room! Loved all the shelving! Good AC and ceiling fan! Good location for exploring the Centro too! Near the bus station! And across from a nice church!
