We have stayed in this hotel twice before and have always been impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the site. This visit confirmed those past experiences! In the room, we loved that there were many pillows available, and the water pressure in the shower was great.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming this time. I would like a few more options or variety in what was offered. (I think I noticed this particularly, because we stayed three nights, and the options did not change. More variety day to day would be welcome for guests staying more than one night.)

Everything. The Entire staff was absolutely wonderful. They were kind to everyone . The hotel was very clean and the beds were very comfortable.

That we had to leave. Lol.( 4 days ) due to weather conditions. I don't mind traveling in snow, but ice & fog..no thank you. . *.Some of the travelers were not so kind to the wonderful ladies (staff) trying to feed and clean up the guests' messes . They should have thanked them for providing them something ,instead of being not so nice to them. The Staff respectly didn't respond to them. They just did what they needed to do with a smile.

Easy on/off the interstate. Really nice property, large public rooms, very welcoming staff, good breakfast, just a classy hotel. This former high end hotel shows a real caring for keeping the same ambience. The pool area has a large hospitality area, the lobby is huge by todays standards. Our room was pristine, the bathroom had a decorator touch in the vanity and towel storage. It was just so nice. The town is charming and compact, caters to artists and crafters, has a historic building museum, and several non-chain sit down restaurants. Plan to spend a day in Grantsville.

My husband thought the breakfast was really good for a hotel. Water pressure was great! We really appreciated the quiet after a long day of traveling. The bed was really comfortable.

I'm autoimmune and I thought there was very little for me to choose from for breakfast. I had two bananas and a cup of hot tea with honey. Some hard boiled eggs would have been great for a protein choice. Can't have anything processed and must have no preservatives/oils. Possibly check out the Autoimmune Protocol diet.

Most of the staff were friendly & helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room was fully stocked. We were unable to take advantage of the breakfast but from what I observed, it seemed varied and filling.

When I got to my room the temperature was 52 degrees. It took about an hour to be it up to the 70's. After that everything was fine.

Breakfast was what we expected and the staff was very attentive making sure everything was kept well stocked and clean. Nothing was ever "out" and tables were wiped off as soon as someone left.

WIFI was horrible. Very weak connection in room. Would not even update my email.

The ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly The lady at the breakfast bar was friendly and helpful and kept everything sparkling clean

Just a suggestion = maybe a tv guide (on tv) to be able to choose a channel without having to scan all of the channels (and waiting for the commercials) individually

Staff was super friendly and helpful, from the front desk, housekeeping and especially at breakfast each day (last morning we overslept and a very kind woman who was cleaning up, allowed us to still eat!!!) Needed a place to stay near family for an event and this was only 10 minutes away from two gathering locations, so that made getting back and forth very easy.

Bed could have been more comfortable, but having to share with my son didn’t help!

The room was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was great. There was a waffle maker which was fun. Fruits, yogurts, oatmeal, coffee and all very clean.

The breakfast was very good. They ensured it was well stocked throughout the entire duration of breakfast. The staff was very friendly and everything was very clean. The bed was extremely cozy.
