Breakfast was very good. I am on a pretty restricted diet and I could still find things to eat. It would be great to have more gluten free options, though. They let us take our bikes to our room.

We could not have a room on the first floor and had to carry the bikes up the stairs because there is no elevator. Not the worst thing ever, but not great.

Front desk pleasant, let me check in early. The price vs. quality seems about right. My son goes to Frostburg State, it is one of the closest hotels for a parent of an athlete who has to travel a lot for games.

Room was clean, bathroom toilet was dirty. Toilet had urine stains on toilet rim and seat. You could tell it was not cleaned. And sink would not drain.

Very nice hotel! Very clean well maintained. Quiet location, although not many places to eat. Did go into the town, everything closed at 7:00 pm . Great value for the money. Front desk staff very nice!

Better quality tea for breakfast, ( I’m a big tea drinker). Maybe to others it would be fine. As we stated before…. Not a big selection of places to eat. We went into Cumberland.

The beds were very comfortable and I loved the pillows. I even looked up to see if I could purchase them for myself! The room was very neat and clean.

The breakfast was a disappointment. The yummy looking waffle posters that were all over the lobby falsely led us to believe we could have waffles in the morning. No waffles, okay... automatic pancake maker, it will do... no, pancake maker didn't work. So sad. I managed with a muffin and a round "scrambled" egg. In the room, the air conditioner caused the curtains to pillow out making it look like someone was standing in the room! I had to use my shoes to push the curtain back on the window ledge to avoid that and to actually have air coming into the room instead of up the curtain!

The breakfast was very good with many selections. The eating area was crowded, not adequate for the size of the motel.

We had our dog with us. She was disturbed by the sounds of other dogs and children during the early hours of the next day: 2 am. We did not call the desk to complain.

Breakfast was good but basic. Spacious room. Did like easy access to room from parking lot. Very clean rooms. Good value for the stay.

The heat was dry so we had to turn down the heat but then a little cold. No ice at breakfast to make ice coffee. However these were not deal breakers as I was pleased with my stay.

Location to the University could not have been better. Staff were friendly and helped with drying out laundry when the machine broke. Very comfortable and clean, gret value for money.

No fresh milk for the coffee and not many healthy options for us. Kids liked it.

Breakfast was good, nice selection of pastries. Scrambled eggs were ok, pancakes very good. Coffee was very good too. Mattresses and pillows were so amazing! Best sleep ever! The manager was very friendly and professional. Breakfast area was kept very clean as well.

Everything was very nice and we have no complaints but if I had to choose something to improve on maybe it would be the scrambled eggs and that’s such a small thing because everything else was great.

Breakfast was good. I would like more than one meat to choose from. Food was good and fresh thumbs up. The staff was exceptional and curious. I would have no problem staying here again.

The sinc in the bathroom was clogged. Other than that it was very good. Directv doesn't have a local Frostburg channel for weather and news.

The bathroom was clean and updated.

The toilet and bathroom counter were low. We stayed more than one day and I had to ask for extra soap and toilet paper because the cleaning staff did not leave extra supplies.
