We loved the bed and the included breakfast was quite tasty and a perfect way to start the day. The staff at check-in was very kind. This was also a perfect location as we wanted to visit western Maryland railroad within town and it was right off the highway.

We were told we could access the side door to the hotel with our room key according to the sign but the door wouldn't open. This meant we'd have to walk around the building after parking which wouldn't have been a big deal if it wasn't freezing outside. The shower fosset also leaked and would drip onto the tub fosset which would make a pinging noise which drove me a little crazy. It was only audible in the bathroom so it wasn't a big deal but I thought I'd mention it.

The room was quiet and clean, with no cigarette or animal smells. It was well appointed, and laid out in a comfortable way. We loved the fridge and microwave, and used both daily. Xander the manager, and Mickey the night manager, were extremely helpful and responsive to our needs. Mickey helped us get the aircon and TV working to our liking, and gave us toothpaste -- we always forget something! The included hot breakfast was also terrific.

Nothing that the manager couldnt fix quickly himself.

Oh..breakfast room cheerful, clean, and rmy breakfast oatmeal with the raisins, almonds, brown sugar, yum! scrambled eggs, red potatoes were delicious 😋 and hot. I saw a lady worker wiping counter & man coming out of kitchen with the hot potatoes. I commented how clean the area was & my food is so good! My boyfriend liked his eggs breakfast as well. I asked their names... are Pat & Scott. Nice people who I think take pride in their profession. Good coffee too! We had a snall cinnamon Danish that was just the right size. All started our day off right. Thank You Pat & Scott.

This hotel is exceptional- very clean, a nice facility, great attention to detail. It was a really pleasant surprise! The included breakfast was really bountiful and delicious. I have stayed in a lot of hotels and have had a lot of hotel breakfasts …. this was a really great experience! I was very impressed!

This hotel is clean, well cared for, up to date and seems very new! Staff are fantastic. Breakfast starts promptly at 6 am. The day we checked in we went to Cumberland for dinner, we decided on carry out and ate in the lounge area of hotel and watched football. That was great and so relaxing.

The hotel was very clean and smelled good. The housekeeping staff were very pleasant. Dee at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The rooms were spacious . The breakfast was an added bonus . The variety of food was fantastic. The food area was kept clean and well stocked . The hotel was very quiet and had ample parking . We booked a train ride and the hotel was very close to the train ride.

Nothing everything was great

All is good for hotel — just sad it’s sooo loud because of the trucks downshifting right outside the window BUT that is also the good part that the hotel is so easy to access from the interstate. Can’t have everything i guess 🤭😂

The location was great, staff was friendly, overall cleanliness was great. I really enjoyed the Tesla chargers they had in the parking lot. Those chargers were the main reason I chose this location. Ill stay here again next time I'm in the area.

We loved the overall amazing experience at The Hampton Inn Cumberland! I have an extreme case of OCD! This hotel was immaculate!! I truly appreciate how they implement their cleaning and safety policies! I was extremely impressed with their amazing staff !! The customer service that my family and I received was 10 Stars 🌟 Rating!! I highly recommend staying here! We can't wait to return here!

My only issue is the pool was extremely small! The pictures on the website shows the pool was huge! Less than 10 people could be comfortable in the pool at once.

We loved this hotel. Very peaceful love that they’re on top of a hill so you can really see the mountains. The staff was very polite and accommodating:) thank you for making our stay welcoming it means a lot.
