Liked the variety offered at the breakfast bar. Loved that hotel was within walking distance to the Western Scenic Railroad - so convenient. Rooms were nice and clean. Convenient to walk to a few restaurants. Definitely would recommend the Ristorante Ottaviani restaurant in Cumberland - excellent food and service. The ribs at the Crabby Pig were delicious and tender. Maybe hotel could offer coupons to these restaurants to help businesses in the area.

Access to the hotel is a little tricky if not familiar with the area. Prefer eggs a little softer and bacon a little more crispier. One family member had the room next to the ice machine - made it hard to sleep from the noise. Parking was a little limited with the construction going on that was blocking spaces. Doors were squeaky to rooms and loud with such hard closure when departing rooms because no handle on outside of door to gently close doors so as not to disturb other guests. Instructions placard above thermostat to show guests how to easily adjust temp would be nice.

TV was very small for room size. Screen featured lights from behind the screen.. Obviously old and in need of replacement. Check in was a nightmare. Because we had two rooms but both on the same reservation they said we only had one room. Never asked for the other person's name. Also said I pre-paid via Booking.com. I didn't. In the morning totally different. Efficient desk person who knew what she was doing. I was never billed twice.

Breakfast was fine. This hotel caters to cyclists who are biking the C & O Canal or the Cumberland Gap. The hotel is right next to where the two trails join. There is a nice brewery next door, but it does not serve food. Occasionally they have a food truck visit. When we were there the Main Street in downtown Cumberland was torn up so many of the restaurants were closed or had restricted hours. When finished the town will look really nice and worth a second visit.

Hotel is dated and could use a renovation, but all in all it was fine. We were there to bike.

Breakfast was a little disappointing, the eggs were like rubber, we have stayed here a few times and was good maybe it was just the cook. Every time I went for yea creamers were empty. The shower in our room was amazing love the walk in the room was very nice loved it.

Breakfast still need to have hash browns or some kind of potato. The hot tub needs more jets was disappointed.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It sits next to the bike path and is a ten minute walk to downtown. The hotel is modern and the suites spacious and well equipped. Breakfast is above average for this type of property. Laundry facilities were appreciated as we were in the middle of a cycling trip.

The beds were a bit hard. The front to back layout of the suite meant that the “living room” was a bit dark.

We were traveling on the GAP bike trail and this hotel could not have been more conveniently located. We loved the availability of the pool for our tired muscles. The breakfast had all we needed to fuel our day's ride. The hotel welcomes bikers with available wipes for cleaning off bikes and allowing bikes in the rooms. The rooms at the back overlook the creek, as does the breakfast room - coffee creek side is a bonus!

Not the hotel, rather the town - a few more eating options? We did enjoy our walk into town, across the river/railroad tracks to have a meal overlooking the depot.

Bike washing and tool station right off the Towpath trail. Easy access to historic district and local museums and shops. And an actual freezer as part of the refrigerator (though a noisy unit that we unplugged for sleep)

The room lacked modern usb charging ports. There was only a single low powered one in the alarm clock. The washer and dryer were overpriced given their small size.

Very clean and comfortable. Room large enough for 3 ladies and their bikes. Breakfast was more than adequate, and staff friendly and helpful.

A bit more furniture in our room than was needed, but we tucked a few things in the closet, and it was made adequate room for us

Clean, updates, spacious lobby and dining area, extra facilities like laundry, pool, exercise room. All of the staff were friendly, helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to restaurants, town center, shops, and biking/hiking.

We asked for mid week cleaning, the maid, barely made the bed still had dirty sheets and just gave us towels….pretty disappointing
