Staff was super friendly and helpful! The room was bigger than we anticipated and was clean. The whole hotel was clean and welcoming. We had a medical emergency while traveling to NC-we were exhausted from being up all night and found this hotel that had a larger fridge. This was great since we had a cooler full of food for the upcoming week. We got there at 11:00 am and check in wasn’t until 3:00-however they got us into a room quickly and were so nice asking if we needed anything! We would totally recommend staying here it was close to a lot of restaurants and shopping!

Very convenient to everything! Half way point between Cumberland and Frostburg was about 15 minutes which was perfect for seeing family in both towns. Right near Walmart too which is super helpful! Would stay here again.

Was a little on the smaller side, so if you have a baby and use a pack and play it makes it a little bit harder to navigate in the room but not terrible if you are booking the Double Beds Room. Not sure about the King Room though.

The location was convenient for where we had to go. The staff was very friendly not one sour person. Was very quiet and clean and lots of security cameras. Bed was very comfortable and overall room was very clean. The price was very affordable with the friendliness of the staff parking was very convenient for all of the visitors.

Dad was comfortable but the blankets were pills were a little small refrigerator was excellent stove was excellent room sizes okay liberal cleaning this excellent tub a little low heating unit is questionable but workable overall I wouldn't return

Very nice place. The employees were very helpful and my room was wonderful. Always clean n ready for me when I got off work. Management was also very accomidatung with any of my arrangements. I will be going back.

Staff was friendly, I love that there's a stove top, microwave and plenty of space. It felt more like a apartment than hotel room.

It wasn't the cleanest. The floor felt dirty, the sheets had tiny black hair all over, it was hot in the room and with the ac on it remained warm.

The price and convenience

The only thing I didn't like was there wasn't a way from outside to get to the stairs. Someone had to let me in. I don't like elevators.

The room had a full kitchen and the king size bed was very comfortable. The man at the front desk was very helpful and made check in and check out very smooth and timely.
